Pros:

Average review given as pros and cons of the hotel. Cons- hotel is located on main road so very noisy as we have 1 of the front balcony standard deluxe room. The 2nd standard deluxe room at the back was better in terms of noise. There were dust in the corridor and stairs but that was beyond control of hotel staff as there was a construction site directly opposite the hotel and staff did try their best to mop and clean. No lift available and rooms are located on 1st-3rd floor of the building. I was travelling with elderly mother so it was tiring for her to climb 2 floors every time to get to our room. Pros- for a 2* hotel very confortable beds, clean bedding, friendly staff who would answer and attend to any request we made. Very good location to Dashaswamedh ghat within 15 minutes walk . Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Easy access by taxi to and from the airport as well as Varanasi junction train station. Overall though a few cons we did enjoy our stay thanks to the friendlinest of the staff and location of the hotel.
