Great location but only stayed 1 night, moved to another B&B that was much better and cheaper.

Very close proximity to the East London GP Circuit

Cons:

Room is outdated, bedding was marked, room could do with some fresh paint or wall cleaning. Toiletries not provided in the bathroom.

Pros:

nothing to like about the place.

Cons:

no staff on arrival even though i had notified them of my arrival time, had to wait outside and phone to try find someone to open the gate.

Unable to use the TV (2-pin cables but only 3-pin sockets) no way to contact staff after hours. room had a damp smell, no soap

on departure the next morning I had no alternative but to leave the gates and doors unlocked, no staff available.
