Pros:

The room was very clean, communication was excellent, and the breakfast was well prepared and very good. The staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent, right in the city center and close to the bus, tram, and train stations.

Cons:

I arrived late and wanted to take a shower, apparently there's no hot water after 24:00pm!
There were two tiny packets of shower gel and shampoo, i needed at least 5-6 to shower
On Sunday, the reception is open until 15:00pm, after that I had to take my luggage with me until my flight.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The property is more of a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel.

Trevligt, prisvärt och enkelt hotell i vackert äldre hus. Rekommenderas.
Pros:

Extra plus för det lugna läget mot innergård, så att jag kunde sova med öppet fönster och vädra varma dagar. Jag bad om en vattenkokare till te och fick en omedelbart, mycket vänligt och smidigt.

Cons:

Det är en smula lyhört, men jag hade lugna grannar.

Vom Preis - Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Das Frühstück sogar mehr als in Ordnung. Recht ruhige Lage zum Innenhof. Wenn man die großen Hotels ind deren Preise meiden möchte, also okay!

Cons:

Das warme Wasser fiel aus, an Tag 2, das war wirklich schlecht. Hoffe, es war ein einmaliger Defekt. Die Toilette muss besser gereinigt werden, sie riecht.

Check in unkompliziert und freundlich. Zimmer sauber und sehr ruhig. Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend. Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn Servicepersonal während der Frühstückszeit etwas präsenter wäre. Dann könnte man um fehlende Kaffeetassen und Gesteck bitten. Sonst alles gut.

Wenn ich ein Hotel mit Parkmöglichkeit suche, dann möchte ich ein Hotel mit Parkmöglichkeit. Dann reicht es nicht, wenn mir nach der Bezahlung mitgeteilt wird, das es keine Parkmöglichkeit gibt.
