Pros:

Die Ruhe im Zimmer, da das Hotel in einem Innenhof liegt.

Cons:

Das 2 Tage lang ein Kothaufen nicht aus dem Durchgang entfernt wurde.

Cons:

Die Heizung hat nicht sehr gut funktioniert,es war sehr kalt in Zimmer und Bad. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche und Bettdecken sowie Kissen sind sehr abgenutzt und sollten mal erneuert werden.

Es war ruhig wie beschrieben.

Cons:

Im Ehebett unterschiedlich hohe Matratze, Handtücher u. Betten entsprachen einer Jugendherberge und nicht einem Hotel. Klodeckel hatte man im Rücken, hielt nicht von alleine sondern klappte immer wieder zurück. Warmes Wasser erst nach 20 Minuten. Frühstücken mittelmäßig.Kaffee zu stark, nur helle Brötchen, Mandarinen waren vergammelt. Keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Parkplatz extra für 20 Euro in 800 m im Parkhaus.Keine Information bzgl. WLAN Schlüssel oder andere wichtige Informationen.

Ansprechend gestaltetes, ruhiges, sauberes Hotel mit sehr leckerem Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

In einem ruhigen Hinterhaus mit Blick in einen kleinen Park gelegen. lGute Anbindung an Tram, U-, und S-Bahn. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Station Schönhauser Allee und den Arcaden.

Cons:

Die Toilette steht etwas ungünstig.

Gefallen hat mir die allgemeine Sauberkeit des Zimmers (außer Bad). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Ich hatte eine Frage zum Parken vor der Anreise. Diese wurde mir sehr kompetent von einem Ihrer Mitarbeiter am Telefon beantwortet, daher erleichterte sich unsere Anreise. Die Lage war ebenfalls top und man hatte beim Frühstück eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Es war schon sehr warm im Zimmer, gut, es waren auch 27 grad an dem Tag, aber eine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator wären nicht schlecht gewesen. Die Matratzen waren nicht so bequem und leider waren bei unserer Ankunft in der Toilette noch Fäkalien, weswegen das Bad leider stank. Außerdem war eines der Handtücher mit braunen Flecken versehen.

Super trevligt hotel
Pros:

Jätte bra frukost. Fanns mycket att välja på. Fina rum och mycket trevligt personal.

Cons:

Parkeringen kunde varit bättre. Fanns parkeringshus men låg en bit bort så ingen uppsikt över bilen med packning
