Pros:

We stayed here for three nights and were thoroughly impressed by the hospitality. A special thank you to Ms. Hanie at reception and Mr. Dave for their wonderful care. Unfortunately, our Ha Long Bay cruise was cancelled due to bad weather, leaving us in a difficult spot. However, Mr. Dave went above and beyond to support us, seamlessly arranging our return accommodation in Hanoi. We are very happy guests and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free stay in the city

Highly recommended
Pros:

Unbeatable location. Super clean rooms and staff was incredible.
Very good breakfast (on the hotel just across the street).
Wished we had stayed longer.

Cons:

One of the rooms didn't have windows, the other had a window facing a wall. Nevertheless, this was probably a good thing as, unlike in other central places we stayed in, we heard no noise and were able to sleep great.

J’ai adoré Hanoi et surtout le vieux quartier mais l’hôtel ne m’a pas laissé un effet waooo
Pros:

L’emplacement était génial ainsi que le petit déjeuner même si des jus frais auraient été plus appréciable
Au centre même du vieux Hanoi et beaucoup de choses se font à pied

Cons:

La chambre avait certes une fenêtre mais qui donnait sur un mur avec une fenêtre. Pas grave C’est courant au Vietnam…
En revanche je n’ai pas apprécié le fait qu’on commence à me vendre dès mon entrée à l’hôtel des excursions; transferts et cela à continuer le lendemain…
De plus Il n’est signalé nul part que booking n’encaissait pas le prix de la réservation et qu’il fallait retirer avant mon arrivée.
En Carte bleue le prix était chargé de 5% en plus
La salle de bain est clairement à repenser
Aucun endroit pour poser des affaires
Les WC complètement mouillés quand vous prenez votre douche
La climatisation bruyante et impossible de faire quoique ce soit
L’espace dans la chambre était suffisant et celle ci a été nettoyée le lendemain.

Toll gelegenes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Wir haben uns im Hotel an sich und unserer gemütlichen und sauberen Family Suite ab der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Team vor Ort ist extrem herzlich und jederzeit bemüht für einen bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu sorgen. Liebe Grüße an die unglaubliche Hanie und das ganze Team, wir kommen gern wieder!

Gewoon heerlijk!
Pros:

Het personeel is zo vriendelijk en willen overal bij helpen. Heel erg leuk naar kinderen ook. Perfecte locatie en super rustig. Schone kamer en het fijnste zo stil en heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt is heel erg uitgebreid en lekker. Dank jullie wel voor de perfecte start van onze reis!

Great location & friendly staff
Pros:

Loved the central location, easy to get around the old quarter. Staff were great and super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile.

Large bed & room was plenty spacious for 2 people.

Lots of fresh food and fruit for breakfast.

Cons:

Not a fan of the bathroom/wet room. Bit small for our like. Was perfectly functional- just small.
