من المدير اللي يتواصل معك ب الواتس عند تأكيد الحجز
كانت عنده سرعة التجاوب و الرد علي كل الاسئلة
موظفة و الموظفة الاستقبال عندهم سرعة في امور تسجيل الدخول و الخروج حتي لو كان عندك تسائل عن اي شي يخص المدينة يتجاوب معك و يرشدك وين تبداء جولتك حتي النهاية

Perfect Start to Our Vietnam Trip

We had a wonderful stay here and were so glad we chose it as our first accommodation in Hanoi. It turned out to be one of the best hotels of our trip. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, making us feel well looked after. The hospitality was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

快適で心温まる滞在でした。
Pros:

お部屋は広くてとても清潔で、ベッドも寝心地が良く、毎晩ぐっすり眠ることができました。とても快適に過ごすことができ、大変満足しています。
スタッフの皆さんもいつも親切で、気持ちよく滞在することができました。
またハノイを訪れる機会があれば、ぜひこちらに宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

あえて気になった点を挙げるとすれば、シャワーとトイレが近く、シャワーカーテンがないため、シャワーを使うとトイレ周りやトイレットペーパーが少し濡れてしまうことがありました。
ただ、それ以外はとても快適だったので、私たちにとってはそれほど気になる点ではありませんでした。

Pros:

Personale molto gentile ed accogliente, ci ha aiutato in tutte le nostre richieste. Struttura pulita e centrale . Il giorno prima del check in ci hanno avvisato che la colazione si sarebbe fatta in una struttura gemella a 5 min a piedi, forse un pò scomodo ma la bontà della colazione ha fatto dimenticare i 5 min a piedi.

Удобный отельчик в старом квартале.
Pros:

Локация прекрасная, живете в старом квартале, рядом 7-11 есть, кофейня на перекрестке класная, вокруг куча магазинов, ресторанчиков, вокруг озеро прогуляться хорошо, такси в аэропорт - 45 мин, в среднем. Персонал приветливый, на английском говорит отлично, на просьбы реагируют оперативно, все предложат и расскажут, если вам надо. Номер с стандартный, без окна можно сказать, но за эти деньги к нему претензий быть не может. Чисто, кровать и подушки комфортные, спали хорошо. Убирались и полотенца меняли каждый день. Завтраки хорошие, но временно проходят в другом отеле, 5 мин ходьбы или 1 мин на байке.

Cons:

В номер не было окна, непонятно светло или темно у вас за окном. Зато тихо в номере. Кондиционер даже на 24 градусах дует в голову холодом так, что пришлось перелечь в обратную сторону головой)

Personal muy amable, te ayudan en absolutamente todo. Cama cómoda. Buena limpieza. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

Entrada al hotel a través de un pasillo muy estrecho y oscuro. Se escuchan muchísimo los ruidos y voces del pasillo y de otras habitaciones. Para desayunar te llevan a otro hotel a 3 o 4 calles. Al ducharte el agua cambia de muy caliente a fría de repente. El lavabo está justo al lado de la cama. La ducha no tiene mampara por lo que se moja el wc y el suelo del wc.
