Nice rooms, helpful staff, disappointing breakfast
Pros:

The rooms were lovely: nice decor, comfy beds and clean. It was a great location. The reception staff, especially Dave, were super helpful and attentive.

Cons:

The breakfast was really disappointing. We had stayed here and paid a little extra for one night because we had read that the breakfast was superb. When we arrived, there were no clean tables. After asking and waiting awhile, the dirty plates were removed from a table but nobody cleaned it or reset the cutlery. Even thought there was still an hour of breakfast time to go, there was no bread, pastries and little fruit left. When my husband asked for two eggs, he was told he could only have one. They were clearly understaffed.

Great stay
Pros:

Very clean and modern hotel. Great room with air con and all amenities. Lovely staff, Dave was very kind and helpful throughout the stay, and Alex. Central location and perfect place to recover after long travel.

Cons:

No window (but understandable as very central location).

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Great location, great team, clean and comfortable room. Don’t let the alleyway entrance to push you back, the charm is inside!

Also, we had a four days trip to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay and we could leave our luggage at the hotel for free!!!

Cons:

Just be aware that with window doesn’t mean you’ll see something. Likely you’ll have just a wall and not worth even open the window. Still, this shouldn’t push you back.

At a very convenient location; at the heart of the city. Easy to move around with many cafes and restaurants.hotel staff is very helpful and polite. Breakfast was quite fine. Strongly recvonend for those who would like to stay at old town.

私の目的にはピッタリのホテルでした。
Pros:

ロケーションがとてもいい。
旧市街は徒歩圏内なので街歩きに疲れたら
ホテルに戻って休憩することができる。
朝食も充実しておりこのお値段ならとてもお得。

Cons:

窓のない部屋だったのでお天気がわからない。
お部屋のグレードによっては窓ありの部屋もあるかも。
あと、シャワーブースとトイレが1つになっているので
注意しててもシャワーの後はトイレの床がびしょ濡れになる点、かな。
