Cons:

Its so hard to find, staff aren't helpful at al, they cancelled the stay saying that they were fully booked when we already paid online, they transfer us to a different but way worse and they didn't cover it at all!

It was just awful nothing good at it
Pros:

Nothing, the sheets feels like they were not change before we got there, tha staff was awful and did not eve offer the things we might need, it was just awful.

Cons:

Everything, it not that clean they did not have a cooking materials exclusive for reddoorz costumers

It was horrible. The name that was advertised on booking.com is not the same RedDoorz hotels, it’s an ordinary transient
Pros:

Cons:

The cleanliness is terrible, upon entering the place, we saw two big rats climbing on the staircase. The smell of the place itself was unimaginable, it’s not maintained well. The bathroom stinks, there’s no proper shower, no toiletries, it’s gross. The area is a fish market place so around 1-4am people will start to unload their goods from their trucks and it’s super noisy.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Proximity to city center

Cons:

- It has no signage so we had a hard time looking for it.
- When we messaged the property through booking.com, they did not respond, unlike the first booking we had who were very responsive.
- The room was not clean properly, the floor was dusty and stained (need to be mopped).
- No proper maintenance of double bed stairs. The screws are nearly coming off when I tried using it. We opted to just use the lower bed.
- No towels in the room, we have to ask for it.
- Electric fans in the room are not standard, they are clip-in to the desk and it was safe. We had a hard time looking for ways to clip it in properly.
- The toilet has no flush. Need to use pail.
- No hot shower. We just wash our feet and hands with cold water to clean up.
- We were not able to sleep properly due to karaoke beside the building until past midnight and the creaking of deliveries because the first floor of the building is the market itself (meat shop and different stores) which was not mentioned in their property details.
- The kitchen sink has piles of dirty dishes when we arrived and still there when we check-out.
