I didn't like how I guess he was thw owner how he spoke to us about the deposit we weren't informed by booking.com that we were just paying for the room the room and deposit should have been together but he was really rude not only that there was roaches in the rooms the ac unit was broken but u had to physically turn it on yourself the bath isn't even really big enough for one person oh and I got stuck in the bathroom because the wood for the door must have gotten wet from previous people being there so when I closed the door I couldn't get it open my boyfriend had to help from the other side never again will we stay at the place not only that they have u a street in front of the motel that a bunch of homeless people live on and they are very visible
No ice. Had to buy a 10 pound bag of ice at a convenience store.

The shower
Wow where to start? Hard to find . No signs at all. Check in guy wouldn't put phone down . Took 15 minutes to check in . Room was 3/4 painted . Walls where dirty . One oversizes chair at table .
Was so bad we checked out about an hour after arrival and ate the cost . Will never use booking.com again
TV wasn't connected to the Internet so useless. Didn't give out wifi password. Check in guy was iffy at best. Room wasn't really clean.

Run down, Owner has the worst customer service ever. It’s located in a homeless area and the owners act as so. I only needed a day and was charged $50 for a deposit NO!

Owner is shady very rude beware I notice he will try to find anything to keep ur deposit he will look for a reason make a video when and after lol and rooms are so dirty , nothing like he has in pictures beware and doors don’t make u safe , windows covered with cardboard yes really ! And the outlets in room all spark bad when you try to use any … and in video I made I showed everything
