Pros:

There was nothing terrible about this property I just have to say that someone is really good at taking these pictures of the property. I felt a little let down because I thought we were staying in the jungle with monkeys and birds all over the property to see. The hotel,and especially our room, is right on the main road and cars, trucks, and motorcycles could be heard all night driving by. The hotel is close to Manuel Antonio park so we could walk there.

Cons:

Our shower leaked everywhere and the hotel does not provide pool towels. I understand why they don’t provide towels, to save water, washing, and to keep people from taking them to the beach, but when you are limited on luggage to travel it is nice to have a towel to dry off with at the pool and not your shower towel.

Pros:

The staff were awesome! All of them. Especially Carlos. And the location was the best. The food was amazing, the pool and the food was delicious! Highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing at all. All fantastic.

La ubicación muy cerca de la playa y del parque. Tb destacar la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Las puertas de las habitaciones no cierran del todo al ser de maderas y pueden entrar mosquitos u otro tipos de insectos

Very ok!
Pros:

The only cool part about the hotel it’s the location and the visiting of the monkeys daily, but you see those monkeys anywhere.

Cons:

The room had a very smell of humidity and doesn’t justify says it’s in the jungle because I come from another one feel meters and was nothing to compare, newer beach access and restaurant on the beach which had monkeys everyday ass well. Luckily I only stayed two days…

Pros:

Staff was fabulous! We were very cared for and made lasting friends!

Cons:

The second bed in the monkey suite was terrible. Very hard with springs poking up.

Pros:

Très grande chambre, très bien situé, plage à proximité et entrée Parc Manuel Antonio à 10 minutes à pieds. Depuis le restaurant on peut voir toutes sortes d’animaux.

Top barman
Pros:

De barman Carlos is de beste barman! Hij onthoud je namen en zorgt ervoor dat je een heel fijn verblijf hebt. Hij is erg sociaal en maakt graag een praatje.

De kamers zijn ook prima! Alles wat je nodig hebt. Leuk zwembadje met een mooie locatie. Ook ligt het hotel op een fijne plek.

Cons:

Bij inchecken hadden wij een man zitten die niet erg vriendelijk was. Inchecken was natuurlijk pas vanaf 3 uur. Maar daar bleef hij ook wel bij. Wij hadden namelijk het idee dat de kamers al klaar waren. Maar dat allemaal maakte Carlos voor ons weer goed!

Excellent location for National Park and beach
Pros:

Very friendly , wonderful setting close to the National park ,saw lots of wildlife from the pool area and room

Cons:

We were on 2nd floor so a lot of stairs which could be a problem if you were less mobile

Great place to stay for families. Pool. Beach toys. Monkeys at our door!
Pros:

The location to the beach and MA national park are great. The monkeys were such an amazing experience. We saw all 3 different kinds of monkeys in 4 days. It was so interactive.
