Basic kamer, goede locatie
Pros:

Locatie vlakbij zee en NP

Cons:

Op de foto's ziet het er luxe uit, maar kamers waren erg basic en zwembad best klein.

Het was prima voor 2 nachten, fijn zwembad en mooie omgeving.
Pros:

De omgeving is erg mooi, zoals de ruimte bij het zwembad. Vanuit het verkoelende zwembad kun je aapjes door de bomen zien lopen. Ze bleven overigens wel ver weg. Fijn dat er een watertap staat ook. De ligging op loopafstand van het park en strand was ook fijn. Ook fijn dat er een koelkast op de kamer stond.

Cons:

De kamer was best krap met z’n drieën (en zal met z’n vieren helemaal krap zijn). Op zich prettig dat je 2 cupjes koffie krijgt, maar we waren met z’n drieën, geef dan 3… Minst fijne aan dit hotel is dat we last hebben gehad van bedwantsen. Aanbeveling aan het hotel om te desinfecteren!

Prima verblijf voor een goede prijs!
Pros:

Het personeel was heel aardig! Ik had de verkeerde data geboekt, maar dit kon gelukkig omgezet worden zonder gedoe! Er is een klein, maar fijn zwembad. Je kan lekker eten in het restaurant van het hotel. Het hotel is op loopafstand van het strand. Met de auto ben je ook snel bij een supermarkt of leuke restaurantjes.

Cons:

De kamer is zwaar verouderd. De douchekop was vastgemaakt met tape.

Fijne plek tussen strand en stad
Pros:

Fijn kamers met genoeg ruimte. Er is een goed ontbijt aanwezig. En elke ochtend werd je wakker gemaakt door de brulapen, erg leuk!

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Aapjes, valken en zelfs luiaards bij het hotel te spotten. Ligt aan de jungle. Heerlijk eten in het restaurant.

Cons:

Kamer is wat gedateerd.

Gorgeous natural surroundings, but too many other challenges
Pros:

Nice sized spacious rooms and air conditioning, tucked in nature and we saw howler monkeys daily which was cool. The pool was small but a nice size to cool off and keep the kids entertained.

Cons:

Road noise is quite loud and starts very early. When it’s not the cars and motorcycles flying by, it’s the howler monkeys very loud (SO cool during the day, not so great for sleep time), and if you are on the bottom floor, the sound from rooms above are very loud. We had people above us walking around their room late at night and very early morning. We just couldn’t get good rest here between all of these factors.

The hotel is also quite far from the majority of restaurants so a car or taxi is a must - the sides of the road were not safe for walking given all the turns in the road and speeding traffic.

Our booking said breakfast was included and it apparently is not. The restaurant at the hotel is overpriced and not very good food.

Hot water showers would have been nicer if it was not just the exposed wiring methods (common in Costa Rica, but I still would prefer not to have this).

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec terrasse sur jardín. Notre chambre avait un balcon sur les toits. Très cher su vu de la qualité des installations

Pros:

We zijn niet gebleven.

Cons:

Aan de receptie aangekomen waren ze niet vriendelijk. Helft betaald, Wel een kamer dichtsbij gekregen omdat dochter eergisteren voet heeft gebroken. Maar was nog steil. Ze waren al niet vriendelijk op het bericht dat ik al had gestuurd. Vieze stinkkamer, piepklein zwembad, foto’s zijn zeker niet waarheidsgetrouw. We zijn er doorgereden. Hier bleven wij niet.

Détente dans la jungle !
Pros:

Tout est présent pour notre confort, télévision, climatisation, lampe de chevet, étendoir à linge, table et chaises sur le balcon. Et à la fois, nous sommes plongés dans la jungle, capucins le matin, singes hurleurs la nuit, piscine sous les grands arbres…
Un émerveillement pour notre petit de 7ans.

Le professionnalisme de l’équipe et leur gentillesse nous a permis de passer un super séjour de 5nuits.

La plage est à 5min à pieds !

Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, kooperatives, freundliches und sehr hilfbereites Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr gute Lage. Wer hier herkommt macht nichts falsch.

Cons:

Etwas kleines Hotel, also auch weniger los. Man hätte etwas grössere TVs wegen der WM2026 anbieten können.
