Our room us untidy floor is sticky service phone is dead and we can't even connect in wifi 😳 bathroom having tiny cockroaches roaming water in the faucets is smelly only one tiny soap one shampoo and one tiny toothpaste

Pros:

The reception is doing great, and accommodating. 10/10 for that.

Cons:

I think the room needs renovation. The CR is dirty and not presentable and no shower curtain, the bed has hair strands so we don’t know if the bedding has been cleaned after the previous check in customers, the TV isn’t working.
