Standaard kamer keek uit op vuilnisbelt. Upgrade en dan topkamer.

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Grundsätzlich gepflegte und saubere Anlage.
Leider war das Warmwasser in der Dusche im Zimmer immer kalt, die Klimaanlage vom darüber liegenden Zimmer hat permanent unseren gesamten Balkon vollgetropft und überschwemmt, so dass dieser nicht nutzbar war. Man wurde an einem Tag vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt, dass der Großteil der Hotelanlage samt Pool für eine große Geburtstagsfeier gebucht wurde. Währenddessen waren Teile nicht nutzbar. Das Personal begann am Folgetag morgens um 6 Uhr mit Aufräumarbeiten, welche derart laut waren, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Two infinity pools, one which was near breakfast and the other just outside our room, with view of the blood compact shrine, ocean and Panglao island.
We were given a twin single room and after I asked for a double, Hanna at reception went to great lengths to get us an upgrade. Then we also gained a view and direct pool access. Wonderful stafl in restaurant and cleaners also. Will bring your drinks right to the pool edge. Included breakfast a good serve to start the day.
Huge room, very clean with massive comfortable bed. Decent sized bathroom with good water pressure.

A lot of stairs and due to shape of the land it's fair that there is no lift.
We liked the space in the room. Beds were good and sheets were clean.
We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in Premium triple sharing room - didn't like the service of the hotel and the food.
About service: We asked for fresh towels - they asked us to return the ones we are using first then only they will give more towels, which is bizzare because people do use multiple towels at a time. one for hair & one for body etc.
Secondly - At one point during our stay, my husband was in the toilet and they stopped the water at together. There wasn't any water coming from any tap, flush or shower. When i called them, they said oh the repair is going on. They should tell this kind of information beforehand so people who are staying can plan their activities accordingly. This was the worst kind of situation when they asked us to wait for 10 minutes before the water flow can resume. My husband had to sit in the toilet for 10 minutes in questionable situation.
Breakfast - I would give 3/10 to this breakfast - We wasted our money by paying for this accomodation with breakfast because it was the worst food ever. We only tried it first morning and didn't eat at all afterwards - had to find some other options outside. If you end up staying here, do not have food here. waste of money. The cafe next to it is nice though.
Der Ausblick ist wunderschön.
Raum ist nicht wirklich geputzt worden auf dem Boden waren vor allem noch Haare verteilt. Ebenfalls wird das Zimmer nicht täglich gemacht sondern nur auf Anfrage.
Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl und variiert ist aber immer kalt..
Wenn meinen ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss bekommt,ist man gesegnet.Dieses Hotel punktet mit der Aussicht vom Balkon.Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen,was man bei der Ausstattung merkt.
Ich habe das Zimmer zwei mal gewechselt. I'm unteren Bereich waren die Zimmer nicht gut. Sehr strenger Geruch.

The hotel was multi-story, with 2 pools, a cafe that is accessible to the public, a restaurant/breakfast area downstairs and a mini gym (a few free weights, bike and elliptical). The rooms amenities were good for the price, just no warm water in the showers. Breakfast was either served as an inter-continental buffet with a few vegetarian options, or a menu to choose from. The staff were truly lovely.
Just something to note depending on your preferred travel whilst you are there. Although the accommodation is 5 minutes from the start of Panglao Island, it is around 25 minutes to the other side. We were unable to get grabs whilst we were there, so only had the option of tricycles that quickly add up, or taxis. If you are planning on staying at the hotel or walking into Tagbilaran, this is a great option. However, if you want to do excursions or go to Panglao Island, it would be better to stay on the island itself. We found it better to organise our own driver for 8 hours (around 3230 peso) than go with the one offered by the reception (3600 peso for transport to and from Loboc River, roughly 30 minutes each way).
Neither are really a negative, just good to know ahead of time. Water in the showers was bordering on cold - lukewarm. The price for the airport shuttle was initially sent as being 800 for a car, but they informed us it was now 1000 when we asked at the reception.
Beautiful modern nice room with balcony and pool view as well as a nice view onto the ocean and Panglao island, excellent water pressure, comfortable cozy bed, great lighting in the room and bathroom, well working wifi, 2 pools and the restaurant serves excellent good food including a great breakfast, nothing to complain about

Prachtig uitzicht, goed personeel, mooie kamer en prima locatie. We hebben een scooter gehuurd via het hotel en heel de dag gebruik van gemaakt.
