Pros:

Aimable, attentionné, établissement sublime et très propre. Tout le monde est au petit soin on vous le recommande mille fois. Rapport qualité prix incroyable.

Cons:

Les petites odeurs de refoulement des eaux usées mais pays oblige. C'est la seule chose que nous pouvons notifier

Parfait pour un séjour au calme à Tagbilaran.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec une très belle vue, un bon restaurant et une piscine très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Rien tout était parfait. Pas de plage de ce côté là de l'île mais ça n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel :-)

Pros:

Hotel bien situé proche de Baclayon pour aller sur Pamilacan. Chambre spacieuse donnant sur la piscine du bas avec une jolie vue. Personnel très arrangeant et à l'écoute. Location de scooter sur place très bien.

We booked the night before, but it happened that the ferry early morning did not sail. The hotel just cashed it as no-show.

They did not respond on a request (10.00 AM, to change date for one day later, give some discount or any consideration at all for a one day delay.

Only on my last message that i would mention their non communication in a review they responded. At that time ( late PM) they say the were fully booked for the one day later arrival. At 10.00 AM when i sended my messages there was still availability.

I accept the fact that a room is reserved and cannot be sold twice. But if i send messages early hours in the morning on a working day i hope for some consideration in case of force majeur. Secondly because of the no communication we missed the available rooms and had to deviate to another place

Perfect location and hotel! Would easily stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms with amazing water pressure in the shower, friendly staff and security, stunning view overlooking the water, and convenience of having coffee shop / restaurant on the premises. This is hands down the nicest place we’ve stayed at in the Philippines.

Ich hatte eine Lebensmittelvergiftung von Fish and Chips was mich den Ausflug zu den choclate hills gekostet hat. Das hat mich sehr geärgert da ich deswegen da hin bin.

Neben meinem Zimmer befand sich eine Baustelle, die extrem laut war. Außerdem roch es im Zimmer stark nach Schimmel.
Mehrmals habe ich versucht, den Kundenservice von Booking.com zu kontaktieren, jedoch ohne Erfolg – auf meine Anfragen erhielt ich keine Rückmeldung.
