The beds were extremely uncomfortable and you only got 1 pillow which felt as thin as a piece of paper. I'd recommend upgrading the pillows at lest or adding an additional one as it wasn't a good sleeping experience.

No basic amenities like coffee or tea sachets in room, no telephone in room, staff would not call taxi on request, small bathroom and not clean.

Toilet bidet not working. Most of the funitures looks very old with cracks and stains.

The towel's it some smell rubbish .o think thry didnt used detergent soap and need more wash.

No comfy sofa or even chair in the lobby ! Very dissappointed.

Had a very frustrating stay at this hotel. The staff here seem to want to do the bare minimum and are both unhelpful and arrogant. When I needed help with my bags, they just handed me a difficult trolley and offered zero assistance.

My forwarded luggage also arrived damaged. Instead of helping with the language barrier, the staff simply handed me a phone and expected me to handle the claim in Japanese. They refused to translate or assist, telling me instead to fill out a confusing online form. Severall staff members were just standing there doing nothing. Even when leaving, they werent helpful.

The room conditions were also unacceptable: the bedding were dirty, and the bathroom was tiny with visible cracks. The hallways feel grim and are covered in marks. Furthermore, the surrounding area is full of bars and clubs, which felt inappropriate for families. I would not recommend staying here.
