Pros:

Loved the view of the scenic Nilgiris. The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. We were a family of four and the staff ensured that we have a very comfortable stay.

The Room, the staff lead bybMr Vinod and team and the food all was excellent.

Cons:

Over all location ambiance.My expectation was of a resort where as it's like a home stay, which I later came to know that it is the case in almost every where in coonoor it seems. May be because of my first visit.

The location is mind blowing..the concept around the fairy tale sleeping Beauty is adorable..the staff, the manager, so cordial and helpful..Chef Ram ensured the food was perfect for our family and made some dishes even on demand..the serving staff doing their bit well.thank you for making this a great trip for us.

Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at [ sleeping beauty]. The room was compact, spacious, and spotless. the bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and quick to help. Breakfast had good variety. Overall excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

Specially staff i.e kalai,arun and vinod are very friendly and I will visit again to meet this super friendly staff

Comfortable stay at the resort. Location is next to tea gardens which was a great plus point.

The approach road to the hotel was very poor. Since it is an uphill drive, the road should have been better.

Amazing service, great food and very helpful staff.
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the resort. It was very serene, calm and peaceful. The views from our balcony were spectacular as well. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous as well. Right from the day before we checked in till the time we checked out, they were very clear with their communication, which helped us big time.
A special shoutout to Flora who helped us with all travel recommendations and cab booking for sight seeing. And the food served in the restaurant is really good. The service was very prompt as well.
I would recommend everyone to experience staying in this resort.

Cons:

Nothing to mention. It was a very nice stay.

More suitable for couple who like to have quite and peaceful stay

No sleeping facilities for driver .,My driver has to sleep on the car after a very long drive

A stay between Coonoor and Ooty
Pros:

Location and view from the room. Staffs were quite well behaved and helpful. Clean toilets.

Cons:

1. Day of check in, I requested to change the bedsheets and pillow cover, since there were hairs on the mattress
2. Bread served during breakfast had fungus (green colour)
3. Taxi arranged by the manager was horrible (driver behavior), I understand that he is their regular and they know this.

A peaceful and relaxing stay
Pros:

The room was nice with an incredible view. The staff were helpful and attentive. The resort is some way from the town so it is peaceful and relaxing, but if you don’t have your own transport you will be reliant on taxis. The staff at Sleeping Beauty will be happy to book these for you, but they like to know in advance what your plans for the day are.

Good resort except for the entrance
Pros:

The views were amazing and service staff was amazing

Cons:

The entrance road to the resort is very bad. Our car kept sliding back while climbing uphill. We had a very experienced driver but it still took him 5 tries before he could get us to the hotel. The manager promised us that he will take care of our dinner so we don’t have to drive the bad road during the night, but upon checkout he asked us to pay for the dinner. We had a bad experience just with the manager. Rest staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable

Good place
Pros:

Location is good, room is clean with proper bathroom amenities, staff is good

Cons:

Chicken was not fresh, ordered two different items , but both weren't good, so shifted to chapati and veg curry for dinner. It could be because I went in middle of week.
