Pros:

Very convenient location - right next to IST shuttle stop, so you can save on taxi to and from the airport. Great walkable neighbourhood with some sights and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Like many of the hotels nearby it's quite small and dated, would benefit from renovation. Rooms are rather small.
