Location, just steps away from Taksim square. Looked clean and cozy. Service was good. Our bed lines were changed after two nights with fruits also served.
Havabus connection to SAW airport is just in 10 meters. Perfect for airport transfers. Rooms were peaceful throughout the nights. No any outside disturbances as has been a common issue reported in Istanbul tourist areas.
Breakfast was good, though coffee can be improved. There is a Starbucks cafe inside the hotel, good selection for tea and coffee drinks.
SPA was not as expected. Sauna was not warm for my liking , hardly 70 degrees. Might be Turkish level of heat. Sauna and Steam room looked a bit worn out and dirty.
SPA operators were different than Hotel operators and when asked for Bath, hotel said free for all hotel guests but SPA operators said only Sauna and Steam. Swimming pool is okey.
Rooms are smoke free (advertised) and it should be, though in night time we could feel the cigarette smoke in room, I believe the air circulation brought in smoke from other rooms or ground. One of the receptionist said it’s okey to smoke one or two in room with window open. That may have been the reason.

Good quality bed linen, decent breakfast.
On the first night, I was put in a different (worse) category of room because the one I had booked wasn’t available. The next morning, I had to spend literally two hours fighting to be moved to the room I actually paid for. No one apologized.
There are very few outlets in the room, and they are inconveniently placed.
Absolutely anyone off the street can walk into the hotel, security is low, and the elevator works without a key card
Would have been better to see smiling staff but unfortunately it seems none of them are smiling thry look depressed 😔 that could also reflect on the environment that guest see for the first impressions
I liked to see older staff working thry look very keen to help in any way possible very pleasant indeed 😀 the cleaner left his cleaning at the lobby and went to help me load my heavy bag into the vehicle wilst departing the hotel that was nice feeling
