Overall its memorable tour for us.
Pros:

Room was good and located near attractions. We had good space for whole family.

Cons:

Room has only one air condition for cooling which is too far from partition room. My suggestion one more small air condition will be good addition.

Good hotel if you want to save money
Pros:

-It was definately good price and the room was spacious.
-They cleaned the room everyday and fill up the new towels
-we had the room at 4th floor and had wonderful see view!
-Simple but nothing really bothers me too much to stay for the price! *except cigarettes smell on the staris).

Cons:

-Maybe it was because there were a lot of people smoking on the stairs, but the smell of cigarettes was strong through the cracks in the door.
-They needs some type of sign out side. it was not easy to find if it is hotel or regular apartment.
-It didn't bother me much but please note that It is located on a steep hill and i think it is not suitable for old people, or who has leg/knee problem.
