Positive experience,
Pros:

Location good, about 15 min from nearest subway station, on foot. Owner approach was super, he was waiting for us on the street. Very closed to blue mosque, locatio not very crowded.

Cons:

Shower cabin had a leak, we had water on the floor.

Overall it was a decent stay other than the AC issue and there were a lot of stairs to climb.
Pros:

The property was in a great location - walking distance from grand bazaar, blue mosque and other sights. Staff were friendly and housekeeping did a great job.

Cons:

The AC wasn't working properly the first 4 nights which made the stay very uncomfortable. It was fixed for the last 2 nights which was good.

Great apart hotel, 100% recommend
Pros:

Excellent hotel, everything was comfortable, the staff was welcoming and friendly. They always cleaned on time and resolved any issues that might arise during our stay.

Cons:

The location is quite good, but be prepared for a constant uphill climb. The area is located on hilly terrain. However, these landscape issues are offset by the proximity of numerous attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Pros:

- emplacement top proche du tramway (attention le chemin pour y aller est très raide), au calme et proche de resto, boulangeries moins chers qu'à sultanahmet
- très propre, ménage quotidien
- kitchenette bien fournie idéale pour les familles (micro onde, plaques, frigo, casseroles...) et lave linge trop pratique
- la clim fonctionne bien, les lits sont confortables et il y a suffisamment de place pour ajouter une table pour manger

Levnější ubytování v centru města, doporučuji. Je to všude kousek pěšky. Dobrý poměr cena výkon.
Pros:

Lokalita v úplném středu historického centra. Příjemný personál, výměna ručníků každý den, stlaní a úklid každý den, lednice.

Cons:

Trochu zastaralá koupelna, divná elektroinstalance zásuvek a fénu. (trošku obnažené dráty, bála jsem se použít).

Потрясающий вид на Босфор, но апартаментам не хватает внимания
Pros:

Останавливаемся здесь во второй раз. Главная причина, по которой мы снова выбрали эти апартаменты — потрясающий вид на Босфор. Вид действительно великолепный и остаётся главным достоинством этого места. Несмотря на то, что апартаменты находятся на 5 этаже без лифта, ради такого вида, подъём вполне оправдан.

Расположение также очень удачное: основные достопримечательности Султанахмета находятся в пешей доступности, рядом есть магазины, кафе и транспорт.

При этом у данного объекта очень большой потенциал. Просторная терраса с видом на Босфор могла бы стать настоящей изюминкой, если добавить больше зелени, цветов, удобную мебель или шезлонги. В самих апартаментах также не помешало бы обновить часть посуды и уделить больше внимания мелочам, которые создают комфорт. Тогда это место могло бы производить ещё более сильное впечатление и, на наш взгляд, вполне заслуживало бы более высокой стоимости проживания.

В целом, мы не пожалели о своём выборе, благодаря расположению и невероятному виду на Босфор, но надеемся, что владельцы уделят больше внимания развитию и поддержанию апартаментов в будущем.

 

Cons:

Однако за время между нашими визитами сложилось впечатление, что апартаментами стали меньше заниматься. Во время прошлого проживания уборка была более тщательной: горничная не только меняла полотенца и выносила мусор, но и поддерживала порядок на кухне. В этот раз уборка ограничивалась в основном заменой полотенец и выносом мусора.
Отдельно хотелось бы отметить кухонное оснащение. Перед бронированием мы специально уточняли наличие джезвы и сковородок, поскольку планировали готовить самостоятельно. Нам подтвердили, что всё необходимое есть. По факту в апартаментах не оказалось ни джезвы, ни сковороды, было несколько кастрюль и посуда для сервировки, а после обращения нам предоставили только очень маленькую сковородку, на которой можно приготовить разве что одно яйцо, а также ковшик для варки кофе вместо турки. В итоге нам пришлось купить собственную большую сковороду, которую мы оставили в апартаментах для будущих гостей. Надеемся, что она пригодится будущим постояльцам. Передаём привет тем, кто будет пользоваться ею после нас 😊

Также стоит учитывать, что видовые апарты - 5 этаж без лифта. При выезде мы попросили помочь с багажом, однако нам сообщили, что весь персонал занят, поэтому чемоданы пришлось спускать самостоятельно.

Comfortable budget stay in historic Istanbul
Pros:

Comfortable beds, air conditioning and small refrigerator in the room. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the office before check-in. Location is close to main attractions in historical part of the city but very quiet at the night. Be aware there are very steep hills and hotel does not have an elevator.
