the suite was not to the standard that it should have been very disapointing stay

the staff was great, the casino was also great

Cons:

the suite was dirty there was grease on the stove top, the refridgerator smelled like something had went bad and not cleaned properly, there was tools and debris in the closets, and to top it off the lock on the bathroom door broke while my wife was in there and was stuck in there for 45 minutes until i returned and called maintenance.

Very poor communication between the staff and the host.
Pros:

The view was really nice

Cons:

There were only three wash cloths and five towels in the room. I had eight guests. When I asked for more they wanted to charge me for them. The also didn't have any sheets to use for the sofa bed.

I wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

My friends really enjoyed the place. The staff at the pool were superb.

Cons:

One of The front desk staff was rude when I came down to resolve the issue when you charged my Amex 2,999,995 and some change that I can’t recall the exact amount.

The room floors were dirty.

The couches were stained.

The bed that was in the corner in the living room support legs were broken so it slumped in.

Excellent price! Perfect set up to hold 10 guests comfortably. Very modern and trendy vibe.
Pros:

I liked the ability to have a door to close off and separate the other rooms on the floor from the ones that we rented. The Bedroom suite was a very nice setup. Plenty of room to comfortably house (10) people as we had. The beds were comfortable, couches were also comfortable. I loved the very modern vibe that the bedroom suite had. The pool was nice and quiet.

Cons:

I did not like that our check-in was delayed because the rooms were not available. The studio room was available and ready first, however, the bedroom suite was not available until about an hour later. The iron in the studio room leaked and did not function properly. Also one of the smaller fridges in the studio suite did not seem to ever get cold. Another issue that I had was that the room was reserved for (10) guests but bath towels were not provided for 10 guests. When I went to the front desk and asked for more, I was told that there would be a separate charge but was not told how much. Extra bedroom sheets and blankets were delivered but no towels. I was charged $11 bucks extra even though I never rcvd the towels. Also, the TV in the Bedroom suite in the living room did not seem to function properly. The last thing that was really a bummer was not having access to the balconies. The windows to the balconies were filthy and the balconies appeared to not have been cleaned in at least a year. Still would have been nice to have access to the balconies or at least be able to open the doors to vent the room or take pictures of the strip view.
