Pros:

We liked the location in terms of proximity of the main road, so we could have been exploring the island very easily. There was a big shop nearby. It was also quite close to the airport (but far enough, so we didn't hear the noise). It was usually easy to park our car in front of the apartment. The kitchenette was well equipped and there was a common area where we could have breakfast / dinner outside of the room. The owners were kind and responsive.

Cons:

The neighborhood isn't seem to be a great place for walks. The fridge was quite noisy and also the neighbor's AC made a significant noise when it was on (only one night), so we had some troubles with sleeping. Rooms were quite dark.

Marcia la propriétaire est très serviable et facile à joindre. Le petit studio à la clim ce qui est un plus vu l'humidité aux acores. Tout est là, même une machine à laver

Polecam dla nie szukających komfortu. Właściciele mają również inne apartamenty.
Pros:

Bardzo pomocni i mili właściciele. Możliwość wynajęcia samochodu z wypożyczalni właścicieli. Wyposażenie mieszkania wystarczające: pralka, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, sprzęt w kuchni (dla dwóch osób). Miejsce do suszenia prania. Bezpieczna okolica.

Cons:

Wilgoć (związana z klimatem- nasz apartament był na parterze) mało prywatności (okna,drzwi z wszystkich apartamentów -wychodziły na malutkie , zabetonowane podwórko).

Pareja encantadora y apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar los dias descubriendo la isla.

Pros:

Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Zimmer sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Stets freie Parkplätze, Supermärkte auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

I proprietari di casa ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, nell'alloggio non mancava nulla. C'erano asciugamani da spiaggia, e una cucina ben fornita, lavatrice ed esternamente un giardino condiviso con tavolini e fili dove stendere la biancheria.

Kis méretű szállás, de mindennel felszerelt, amire egy rövidebb időre szükség lehet. Praktikusan van berendezve.
A szállásadó nagyon kedves, figyelmes!

Cons:

Kicsit kiesik Ponta Delgada központjától (tulajdonképpen Arrecifében van), de mi autóval közlekedjünk így ez sem volt gond.

Zaletą jest kuchnia wyposażona w sprzęt.
Pros:

Lokalizacja, parking.

Cons:

Brak szafy, mało półek (głównie w łazience). Mała sypialnia, bardzo ciemne pomieszczenia, w każdym momencie dnia musieliśmy używać sztucznego oświetlenia. Mieszkanie dobre jest na krótkotrwały pobyt. Łazienka mała i niezbyt wygodna.

La ubicación es perfecta, estas a 40 minutos en coche de todas partes.
La habitación contaba con todo lo necesario

Cons:

La habitación era muy húmeda (como la isla en general), la ropa amanecía húmeda. Un deshumidificador en la habitación hubiera estado bien.

El trato de la anfitriona fue super bueno en todo momento nos escribio para preguntarnos si necesitabamos algo y para aconsejarnos sobre restaurantes y lo que nos surgia , la ubicacion es perfecta y la zona muy tranquila
