Everything was great and top notch
Pros:

Had a very comfortable and a great stay here. Rooms are excellent, very neat and clean, very spacious rooms with a balcony.
The room has all amenities and all are in working condition, like Television, Air Conditioner, Electric Kettle etc.
The Bathroom was also very neat, clean and hygienic.

The property is situated at a very premium and peaceful location, all the major temples are situated within 2-3 kms.
E- Rickshaw and Auto rides are available at the door step. The hotel staff also arranged a cab for us for visiting Goverdhan, Barsana and Mathura.

Not to forget, the food was very very delicious, they offer satvik food, which was very delicious.

The Staff was very professional, very kind, welcoming and always there if you need anything.

We met the owner of the property as well, he is a very nice person and he suggested many places to visit in Vrindavan, Barsana, Goverdhan, Mathura.

Had a very nice stay and will surely stay here only whenever we will visit Vrindavan Dham again.

very bad experience..
Cons:

I have booked rooms inline but when reach hotel; they informed us there are no rooms available at the moment.
We have even shown our booking confirmation done on website and even we contacted hotel before arrival. but still we did not got room in hotel. very disappointing. :((

Pros:

This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The place is extremely unsafe, with only one staff member present. There’s no cleanliness at all, and to make it worse, this isn’t even a proper hotel—it’s just an apartment falsely advertised as one.
