Entorno maravilloso, hotel encantador
Pros:

El entorno, el hotel en si, el personal y los servicios. Es verdad que ibamos principalmente por el spa y no nos dimos cuenta (no lo vimos en la descripción) que en estas fechas no funcionaba. Pero bueno, nos dió la oportunidad de hacer senderismo y explorar el rio y fue una muy buena experiencia

Una pena !!! Gran ubicación pero descuidado !!!!
Pros:

Ubicación excelente , también las pocas personas que organizaban y asistían el hotel muy agradables .

Cons:

Hotel con muchas posibilidades pero muy muy descuidado , instalación abandonadas y deterioradas . El desayuno un termo con café y unas pocas magdalenas y poco más y te apañas tú solo . Escaso personal .

Realmente el sitio es espectacular. El personal de lujo. El desayuno, el entorno. La verdad que nos gusta mucho de hecho ya van varias veces. Sigan así

La única negativa es que admiten mascotas, cosa que ya no nos gusta, debido en nuestro caso, hay un alérgico fuerte
Y ese hecho nos hará plantearnos más alojamientos, quizás en un futuro.

Disappointing. It is not a 4 star rural hotel with Spa Wellness. It is not suitable for resting.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and has a good location on the Duratón river.

Cons:

The hotel was noisy, full of small children and groups of young people.

The spa is an indoor pool with the gooseneck fountains turned off and with a mild water temperature. I was only able to use it for a few minutes before several families with rambunctious children came in.

The bathroom the only shelf was broken and you couldn't put your toiletries on it.

The walls between rooms seem to be very thin and you can hear everything that is spoken on the other room or the corridor.

Regarding the restaurant I do not recommend it. We ate and they brought us bottles already opened and the dishes were more expensive than normal for the area, all in meager portions.

The best was the sunday morning when going for breakfast: we arrived at 10:17 and they were dismantling the breakfast buffet, the lady in charge told us that everyone had already had breakfast and that she would bring us something, she brought us a dessert plate with 3 pieces of cheese and sausage. It was the "icing on the cake" that made us decide to leave the hotel, as the waitress confronted us.
