Great location in central Berlin
Pros:

Location, friendliness of staff and quiet though on a major road was great

Cons:

When it says twin beds, there should be an option of separating the beds without a lot of fanfare, which was an issue for us initially and required a non-housekeeping staff to try to manage.

Die gute Lage und das freundliche Personal haben die kleineren Nachteile ausgeglichen.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Zoologische Garten waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war insgesamt akzeptabel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem die ruhige Lage zum Innenhof hin, da man kaum Verkehrslärm von der Straße hörte.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer nicht. Während unseres gesamten viertägigen Aufenthalts war das Zimmer aufgrund der starken Sonneneinstrahlung sehr warm, zeitweise nahezu unangenehm heiß. Obwohl sich die Mitarbeiter bemühten und andere Zimmer anboten, schien das Problem auch in weiteren Zimmern zu bestehen. Die Fenster zum Innenhof sorgten zwar für wenig Verkehrslärm, jedoch begann dort morgens früh die An- und Ablieferung, wodurch es bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden recht laut wurde.
