Unsauber, wenig Herzlichkeit.

0815-Hotel, wenn man nichts besonderes für einen kurten Aufenthalt sucht.

Cons:

Wir fanden in der ersten Nacht unsere Betten mit Lippenstift, Haaren und Make-Up beschmutzt vor, außerdem lag eine weitere (benutzte) Bettdecke auf einem Sessel daneben. Zudem löste sich der Griff der Dusche bei zarter Berührung. Scheinbar war das Zimmer nicht auf Sauberkeit und Ausstattung überprüft worden. Als wir dies der Rezeption meldeten bekamen wir - ohne Entschuldigung - ein neues, aber kleineres und lautes Zimmer zugewiesen. Wir zogen dann abends um 22 Uhr nochmal um. Ich, im 7. Monat schwanger, hatte vorab nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gebeten, was das Hotel angeblich versuchte zu ermöglichen. Das neue Zimmer lag dann aber mit dem Fenster zu einem Innenhof, sodass wir alles, von Reinigungspersonal und Partygästen mitbekamen und ich kaum schlafen konnte. Da ich eine negative Bewertung vermeiden wollte, habe ich beim Auschecken noch der Rezeption rückgemeldet, dass wir nicht zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt waren und wir uns eine bessere Lösung gewünscht hätten. Wieder kam keine Entschuldigung. Ich würde nicht mehr wiederkommen und das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Cómodo y bien ubicado para mis intereses, a unos 20 minutos de la estación Tiergarten que te da acceso a todo en S bahn

Muy correcto
Pros:

El personal con atención perfecta, muy buen y completo desayuno. El tamaño de la habitación y el baño también muy correcto.

Cons:

Sé que no depende del hotel, pero el hecho de que la parada de metro más cercana (o de tram) estuviera a unos 10/12 minutos andando puede ser un poco handicap para aquellos que no disfruten andando.

More of a hostel than a hotel

The bus stop isn't far. Nice butter snack at the door.

Cons:

This is closer to a hostel in terms of quality than a proper hotel. First of all, it’s not actually located in Charlottenburg, but on the edge of Moabit, and is marketed as Charlottenburg purely for promotional reasons. The surrounding area is not one you’d particularly want to walk around in after dark—while I wouldn’t call it outright dangerous, it feels bleak and uninviting.

At least half of the reception staff don’t speak English. Those who do are extremely slow, and at times seem rather sluggish in their comprehension, as if they were all on some kind of go-slow strike. The overall standard of their work is often amateurish; on few occasion, there was no one at reception at all.

The rooms lack soundproofing, and the furnishings are fairly basic. Breakfast is absurdly overpriced for what it offers.

Unfortunately, the place reflects the broader decline of Berlin: higher prices paired with increasingly poor service. Garner chain best avoided.
