Pros:

Angefangen vom Empfang über Ausstattung,, Service echt empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer gut beheizt und modern ausgestattet. Warme Bettdecken, was für ein Hotel nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Servicepersonal bzw. Rezeption exzellent, freundlich, hilfsbereit.

Hotel bien comunicado con el centro y personal no interesado en los huéspedes.
Pros:

Hotel correcto, moderno, limpio. El desayuno completo y bueno.

Cons:

La zona está algo apartada aunque es muy fácil moverse por la cuidad en transporte público, el problema es que solo hay un restaurante en las inmediaciones.
No sé si será por el carácter alemán, porque aunque la gente por la calle si le preguntabas era amable, en la oficina de turismo de la estación principal fuimos atendidos por un hombre de forma increíblemente seca y grosera, era alguien con 0 intención ni interés en ayudar al viajero; igualmente el personal de este hotel durante toda la estancia te ignora, no saludan, mucho menos dan la bienvenida, y si les tienes que preguntar algo tampoco atienden con demasiada amabilidad. Un día tuve que pedir en recepción que nos repusieran el gel de ducha, ya que se había agotado, pero en vez de hacerlo, ese día no limpiaron la habitación. La sensación al final es de que has estado viviendo en un apartamento, no en un hotel.

Very very humiliating, frustrating and annoying experience

My son, a student from India, with valid legal status, stayed in this hotel from 10th March till 08th April 2026 after successfully completing his masters degree at a nearyby University. He was soon to return to our home country, and the hotel stay was a temporary arrangememt as the hotel is cloise to his university.

Initial bookings were done throgh Booking.com, but later he himself extended his stays directly at the hotel front desk and paid them accordingly.

However on 8th April, the front desk staff handed over him a "Hotel Ban" letter and asked him to evacuate the hotel at 11:00 hours without specifying any valid reason. Worst, the police were called and he was forcibly evacuate him from the hotel with all his baggage and belongings.

It was a very very humiliating, frustrating and annoying experience for my son and also for us (his parents). A reputabel IHG hotel like Garner doing this is least we would have expected.

Very bad experience.

Rent, trevligt och korrekt, men något avsides
Pros:

God och enkel frukost. Relativt tyst. Rymligt och rent rum. Hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Ett av barnen tyckte fruktsalladen smakade starkt. Juicen uppskattade de inte heller. Läget var inte dåligt men lite avsides, och det var längre än vad som var smidigt för en den som reser med barn till spårbunden trafik.
