Pros:

Prachtig (nieuw?) hotel. Fijne kamers. Locatie is top, heerlijk rustig. Personeel is vriendelijk

Chilled atmosphere in Luang Prabang
Pros:

Very chilled atmosphere with the pond and the pool. The staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room we were in, seemed newly renovated. We could still see markers and stickers especially in the bathroom.
The rooms were not sound proof, we could hear every word, every cough from our next-door neighbors.

Oasis in a perfect location
Pros:

Level of service was excellent, even during the Laos New Year celebrations. All staff very welcoming and happy to help with any queries. Breakfast was good, in a lovely surrounding of the lily pond. Pool was perfectly adequate and necessary in the heat. Free bikes to cycle round the town was a lovely touch.
Good air conditioning, room and facilities all great. A proper little oasis in the centre of town, close to Phousi Hill, night and morning markets and the riverside.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have been given a room with a balcony/terrace. This was the only issue we had in order to dry our wet clothes but there were no rooms ready when we arrived. Room was perfect otherwise.

Not as good as expected from reviews and photos. Would not go back.
Pros:

The hotel was close to the night markets and town centre. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The property is old and tired and needs maintenance work all around. The bed was extremely hard. They tried to overcharge for laundry with the exchange rate of US to Kip.
