Pehle toh stairs pe hi motte motte chuho ne welcome Kiya fir jo room tha woh itna Ganda Tha ki curtains bhi itne gande the aur window bhi lock nhi ho rha tha floor pe bhi safayi nhi thi foot mat bhi bahut Ganda tha aur jo seeling pe P.O.P jo kri thi woh tutti huyi thi wahaan se chuha room main bhi aa rha tha, aur jo led lgi thi woh bhi tutti huyi thi na hi wi fi connect ho rha tha jo chair pdi thhi room main woh bhi ekdum tutti huyi thi, toilet ka paani flush nhi ho rha tha proper, maine 5 din rehna tha but main sirf 1 din hi reh ska aur Maine room Khali kr diya, ajj tak ka sbse bad experience rha hai Mera main travel krta rehta hoon but aaj tak itna Ganda hotel nhi dekha, pls mere paise refund kr dijiye Maine reception pe bhi complaint kri thhi but koi reply nhi diya un loga ne.

The worst hotel we ever stayed
Pros:

There is nothing anyone can like about this place, very poor reception, even after mentioning the arrival time, this place is very cheap in terms of any service. Rooms were dirty, bathroom was horrible to use. Whiskey and beer bottle can be seen every corner, no room keys were given.

Cons:

Customers should not be cheated with the kind of pictures posted on booking.com. Those pictures are all fake and have nothing even similar or close to it. It was like a bird cage, which did not got clean for months, smell was horrible. Very bad experience and will not suggest anyone to even go there for a day. There were no windows in the room and the bed and pillows were so dirty. We stayed there for 3 hrs and left, couldn't take that anymore.

Doesn't meet my expectations and waste of money
By the time I reached there reception denied to accommodate me giving silly reasons like lake of water shortages.
And put me in a different hotel with the worst service and room.
When on of my frnd Went again to ask if they can accommodate the were ready to accomodation as a walk-in customer
Again I had to suffer with all the baggage to take back to the oyo blue pearl hotel.
I had a very bad experience with booking.com.

Great view from the outside
Pros:

The bathroom was clean. Pillow was too soft. Good hotel and staffs. Great stay and great value for money. Beautiful room and toilet and facilities ,all covered well.
