Cons:

Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen. Vor dem Fenster stand Überquellender Aschenbecher, durch den auch die ganze Zeit kälter Rauchgeruch in das Zimmer zog, wenn das Fenster offen war. Die Zimmer sind super winzig. Eigentlich ist der Raum durch das Bett bereits voll

Günstig übernachten in München.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, kleine Zimmer, sehr zweckmäßige Einrichtung, in einem Haus, in dem mehrere Firmen auf diversen Etagen drin sind. Stört aber nicht. Im Zimmer hat es einen Kaffeeautomaten mit 4 Kapseln (wir waren nur 1 Nacht da, weiß nicht ob Kapseln nachgefüllt werden) und einen Wasserkocher (Tee muss man selber mitbringen).
Die Toilette ist schön, Seife und Fön stehen zur Verfügung, aber die Toilette ist mit einer Holzschiebetüre vom Zimmer abgetrennt, heisst ein Spalt ist immer offen.
Rezeption ist im 4. Stock, nur zur Info.
Es gibt drei Parkplätze, muß man vorher reservieren. Die Ein und Ausfahrt ist schwierig, da sehr eng, der Receptionist hat aber Routine in Anweisungen geben, so daß man trotzdem rein und rauskommen kann. Man sollte sein Auto gut kennen, war etwas abenteuerlich.
Schräg gegenüber ist ein Bäcker, hat kleine Tische, kann man frühstücken. Auch nur 1 min entfernt ist Hans im Glück, super schön, hat gute Burger und Salat bowls. Schön eingerichtet und man kann laaaange dort sitzen und was essen und trinken.

Cons:

Parkplatz ist seeeehr eng, inkl. Einfahrt. Weiß nicht, ob wir ohne Anweisungen herausgekommen wären.
Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist nicht gut beschrieben. Das Haus befindet sich am Eck, und Garageneinfahrt ist von einer anderen Straße. Garage muß man von innen öffnen, etwas umständlich. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich ein Parkhaus in der Nähe suchen.

Pros:

Super gute Lage, man kann dort vom HBF hinlaufen oder einfach ganz bequem mit der U-Bahn fahren.
Sehr einfacher Check in und Check out.
Schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es war etwas kalt und hellhörig.
Ich konnte den Gast von Zimmer nebenan hören.
Es hat eine Tür zum Bad gefehlt, aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Fácil y cómodo
Pros:

La localización muy buena por su cercanía al centro Además justo enfrente hay una boca del metro.
El barrio era tranquilo pero a la vez tenía todo lo que necesitabas cerca: cafés, farmacias, locales para comer etc

Cons:

Quizá que no hubiera recepción 24 horas. Pero fue muy fácil contactar con ellos y nos ayudaron en todo.
