Pros:

Tiny room, tiny bed, tiny bathroom. Noisy street and AC. The area around is not nice.
Not very friendly reception, slow checking and checkout. Handy for the port.

Nahe am Batangas Port gelegen. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Late checkin problemlos möglich.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Wharf Transient Hotel entpuppte sich dann als das Wharf Hotel. Wegbeschreibung von Booking.com absolut falsch und irreführend. "Danke" booking für die einstündige mühevolle Hotelsuche um 3.00 Uhr nachts. Wegbeschreibung muss dringendst geändert werden. Wharf Hotel!!!

Close to the port if you have an early ferry the next morning

Cons:

Greatly overpriced for what it is.

The only place I stayed in 2 months in the Philippines where they insisted I wait pre leaving so they can check the condition of the room before me leaving... Also more rules and regulations than a youth camp in some random tinpot dictatorship

Staff are very accommodating for a late check-in.

Security on the front door for added personal security

Perfect for when you just need one night sleep, before continuing your journey onto Manila.

Cons:

rooms are smaller sized, and the bed is double bed pushed up against the wall.
Two people It can be a bit tight.

I wasn’t too impressed when the staff member tried to overcharge me more than what booking stated I need to pay, not cool
