It was very disappointing seeing the wifi didn't work at all & the rooms we're hot.
Pros:

It's close too the water.

Cons:

For the price the A.c didn't work room & hall ways were hot A.F & the WIFI didn't work.

Pros:

Very well located and only a couple hundred dollars (NZD) more than the backpackers!
Clearly had a refit where they can in the rooms. Good for a base in the area.
Cute vibes of a family owned business. Staff were super nice

Easy access to LA and right by the beach front so have the best of both worlds
