One night in Ninh Binh
Pros:

Very friendly, very centrally located. Close to an awesome restaurant Chef Hein, plus loads more restaurants.
They organised electric bikes for us, what a pleasure it was to use them. Breakfast was good and you absolutely cannot beat this for value for money. It's basic, but it's fine for a night or 2. Our host was super great.

I've given personal feedback directly to the owner for possible minor changes.

The family running the homestay were genuinely so lovely and helpful, they truly put a positive impact on our stay. The pool and homestay setting were very nice aswell. The rooms were a little rough around the edges but for the price the value was unbelievable, I would definitely stay again

Fantastisk rare mennesker. Gode til at give os alle en god oplevelse af området. God varieret morgenmad. Absolut valuta for pengene.

Poolen kunne godt trænge til en opdatering og renligheden af poolen er dårlig. Der vokser alger på inderside væggene. Underlaget omkring poolen trænger til at blive vand spulet, så resten af området ikke bliver beskidt. Poolen og værelserne.
