the only issue for us was the staff spoke almost no English which wasn't a huge deal and actually added to the authentic Mexican experience

Cute hotel. Need some minor upgrades such curtains they had holes in them, bathroom door and lock box. Its easier to have a keyless lock box where you can enter your own pin. Overall nice place to stay and convenient location. The front desk gentlemen were very helpful and dis not disappoint on their suggestions.

The staff of young adults were all very helpful and pleasant; they were amazing, in fact! The pool was warm, but comfortable for just hanging out.
The restaurant was excellent - the Chef's personal touch and ideas about food works very well! Tasty, enjoyable, and uniquely memorable.
We would stay there again in a hearbeat!

Knowing nothing about Huatulco I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel central to shops and beach. The Don Juan resturaunt was the best with quality and tasty cuisine. The hotel is going through a renovation but accommodation was spacious and clean. Staff were always there to assist and polite. If I return it will be to the Eden Costa!

Great lower cost hotel but still with great conditions. Location is best part as it is very central to multiple restaurants, grocery store, and still walking distance to beach. Great for someone without a car since you can walk to everything. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Pool was great and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant very good quality. I stayed in 2 different rooms; 1st one had 2 beds on 1st floor. This one had good AC but all features seemed older. I then moved to a single studio room on 2nd floor with a larger single bed. This room was much nicer with new modern design, furniture, and appliances. Had a full kitchen with stove and full fridge. Bed was much more comfortable. Only issue with this room was that AC was not as efficient as 1st room, but still adequate.

Muy bien en general. Considero que deben invertir en las puertas de los baños de los cuartos. Por lo menos la de la habitación 2 es de acrílico delgado. Los colchones son incómodos y pueden hacer feliz al huésped, manteniendo fresca el agua de la alberca, siempre estuvo caliente. Lo demás, de lujo.

We stayed at Eden Costa from Thursday to Sunday. They first put us in a room with one full bed but we booked for two beds. The rooms with one bed seemed to be newer than the suite with two beds, but regardless the two bed suite was spacious and clean. It faced the front street but it was very quiet at night and even during the day. The room/bathroom could use a few updates (like an extra robe hook in the bathroom, small shelf in shower for toiletries, small shelf by the sink) but overall was a very pleasant stay and conveniently located. The restaurant was a true gem and service was great.

This is an ideal location and a very clean and cute hotel. Staff were very helpful! The only thing they need to improve is the beds. Mattress was like a board.

This property is a "hidden gem'. For those who like well-located Mexican charm - this is the place to stay in to explore this area. Small property with no whistles & bells but well-managed and well-maintained by a very competent staff. However, the on-site "Don Juan Restaurant" is a total surprise. Extra fine dining with a very creative flair (and at very reasonable prices) is put forward by Chef Beltran. Kudos to all!

Great neighborhood. Near Chahue and Chedraui market. Stayed in suite with balcony was spacious. Pool, outdoor, shower,, and restroo.s
No elevator. Breakfast same eveyday. Fruit bread coffee good enough for us. Not fancy but clean roomy most staff did not speak english but used translat on phone. Overall recommended

Great central hotel in La Crucecita. The property was well maintained and small, with a nice, quiet pool with plenty of sun and shade. The beach is only 5-10 mins away. Hotel restaurant staff and cleaning staff were very nice. Enjoyed the simple free breakfast.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and only doubles so quite small.
