Pros:

كل شيء كان جميل من نظافة وأناقة الغرفة وإطلالتها إلى سرعة واحترافية الإستقبال في الدخول والخروج و تفاني خدمة صف السيارات إلى الإفطار الجميل بمكوناته ومكانه وطاقمه

ليس عيب لكن إختلاف ذائقة فقط وهو الشاي الأحمر ممكن يعجب غيري لكن أرى إنه لو استخدمتوا ماركة Twinings نوع الفطور الإنجليزي أفضل وهو قريب من سعر الشاي الحالي

اللي يبي تجربة فنادق 5 نجوم يجرب غيره

الغرفة كانت نظيفه جدا

Cons:

شاور الحمام كان مسدود و الموية طلعت للغرفه، عدم تعاون الموظفين بالرد على الاتصالات كذا مره و العذر "نقص في عدد الموظفين"

An exceptional stay, easily the best hotel experience I’ve had in Riyadh so far.
Pros:

Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Riyadh so far — and I’ve tried many luxury hotels in the city. The room size was exceptional (around 52 sqm), which made a huge difference in comfort and overall experience. The room design and interior details were absolutely stunning, honestly one of the best-designed hotel rooms I’ve seen in Riyadh. The value for money is unbelievable considering the quality, space, and luxury level. The facilities were outstanding, especially the pool and wellness areas, which felt truly premium and elevated the whole stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was decent, but I believe it could be improved to better match the exceptional overall standard of the hotel.
