Never Again.
Pros:

The staff but the hotel is understaffed, most of the staff don’t even feel like working there (some are extremely helpful and nice though but speaking about morale it seems like most of them are forced to work there).

Cons:

In short, our stay was horrible. This hotel shouldn’t be rated as 5 stars at all.

The food is mediocre at best and sometimes terrible (their desserts are just disgusting and when I asked for an American breakfast as opposed to the Arabic breakfast I got the same exact food except they replaced Hummus with cornflakes), the shower needs maintenance (drainage doesn’t drain, water is not coming out of most nozzles, water goes from cold to hot back and forth every couple of seconds…etc.), the valet staff tempered with my car (changed the settings of the car and screen, switched on differential lock, switched off traction control) and I SUSPECT they stole my wallet from the car. Just overall terrible experience and won’t happen again.

This is my second time trying this chain, before in the other Narcissus Hotel and it wasn’t bad nor good but Narcissus Royal is just terrible. I’m never staying in any Boudl hotels nor recommend it to anyone. It’s a pity because the hotel is beautiful but is under terrible management and is very overpriced, for the same price one can get 10 times better service.
