تعامل الكوفي اللي باللوبي تحت سيء للغايه
طلبنا طلبات كثيره والبوك بالغرفه قلتله نزلها فاتوره عالروم رفض وطلع خلفي يمشي بالشارع صراحه تعامل سيء للغايه

Pros:

The hotel is clean and luxurious. I thought the location was good until at night the street was crowded and noisy.

Cons:

The check in process was slow.
The room where not ready
The hotel charges higher for rooms with view, actually there is no view that deserves higher price.
If you book rooms in different floors you will suffer because the key doesn't access except room floor.
Room service response need to improve.
