Location was good ..near by railway station and rk beach is near to the hotel...also if you want low budget it's perfect....staffs are too good ..we are satisfied with this hotel

Pathetic experience
Cons:

We booked a room on triple occupancy but they provide pillow and blanket only for 1. We had to pay early check-in charges.
At first they told that they will provide a locker room but at the time of checkout they denied it straight forward. Due to which we had to suffer alot.
