Place was roomy and clean door lock was an issue had to call a couple of times to get it straighten out.

It was okay but should have been cheaper sink leaking broken blinds some lamps not working should be cheaper and not so up to date

Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks!

Absolutely beautiful location has everything you need n makes you feel like home

The property was dirty, had no internet, washing machine wouldn't work, TV's wouldn't work, arrival instructions were incorrect and incomplete. There is black mold growing all over in one of the closets. The communication with the manager was non-existent. This is the kind of property that will cause a person to never rent another VRBO.

I loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. The only thing was that it took a little to find the building and for some reason I didn’t receive the email to the latch app and had to call someone to help. The person who helped did a great job and we were able to get in. Overall great stay and very clean as well!

The Latch app didn’t work and I got locked out night 2, there was construction in the building as they are updating - that was not disclosed to me and it should have, also the fire alarm went off one night, and finally communication with what seemed liked an AI not a human was terrible

The property itself was nice and cozy. Designed for comfortability. However, the community was very “ghetto” as we were trying to sleep there were people in the hallways smoking weed and drinking being very vulgar. The pool was swamped with over 20 men smoking and hanging out so as you can imagine it was very hard for myself and my 2 teenage girls to enjoy a nice swim. Had the community not been what it was, I would have enjoy my experience here more because what the owner is trying to do with their place is obviously make it a cozy experience.

The overall property and amenities were above average. The pool and BBQ area were very nice, and both the fitness center and clubhouse were pleasant and well-kept. The landscaping was well maintained, and the residents we encountered were friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the experience was significantly impacted by poor communication from our host and their management company. After a long cross-country flight, we arrived to find that our gate code didn’t work. Our driver had to wait until another resident arrived to let us in, which was both frustrating and stressful.

The instructions for locating our unit were also inaccurate. We were told to make a left at the clubhouse, but the unit was actually to the right. Building numbers and unit markers were hard to see from the street or a rideshare vehicle, so my daughter and I wandered the complex for 15 minutes trying to find the right location.

When we finally got to the unit, the instructions stated there would be a key fob in a lockbox on the door to access the vehicle gate and amenities. However, the code provided for the lockbox didn’t work either. This added more frustration, as I had to walk to the front gate every time we ordered food or used a rideshare service. We were also unable to easily access the pool and fitness center.

Several light bulbs were missing, toilet was wobbly, remote-control battery covers missing and the beds were very low with thin, uncomfortable mattresses.

What an amazing experience I highly recommend, what a spacious place and very clean!! would definitely come back! Thank you

The unit we stayed in was clean, but ready for a remodel. The bathroom was outdated, and the floors swollen in places. The AC unit worked great until it froze over the last night and quit blowing cold air. Would we stay here again? Yes, but would love to stay in the newer units that are getting remodeled while we were there.

Property in poor condition

Directions were not emailed for check-in time. After 3 calls. Directions were sent and they were inaccurate. The entrance gate was open, no one was there to give you a key fob for entry into the unit. There was a 17 step outside stairway to enter the unit on the second which is never disclosed in the rental description. The toilet and bed were very low to the floor. Very uncomfortable rental. Would not recommend.

A nice space for my wife and I during our one week Florida vacation. Two bedrooms & two baths with a nice living room space and more than adequate kitchen area. The complex is mostly working folks and not a tourist spot. But for the space we got compared to VRBO's or hotels it was certainly worth the price. Our unit was starting to show some age but it was in really good shape with fairly current appliances. There is a small balcony that looks out over the sunrise and the complex was really quiet.

I feel like we were catfished. The photos did not paint an accurate picture of the quality of the room we had. Carpets were filthy. Walls were dirty. Cabinets unclean. Table was dirty and stained. The window treatments didn’t fully open or close and the ceiling fans were so wobbly I was afraid they were going to fall down.

Very difficult to navigate around complex at night. I had extremely loud neighbors blasting music. Blinds were missing g in living around so i didn’t feel safe. I checked out a day early and went something else

Overall just 'ok'. The unit needs some renovations

So dificult to find the room rented. Needs to be more specific with the number to look in front of the building in order to make it easier.
