Pros:

Nice place with lot of greenery and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and very approachable. The food in the nearby restaurant was good since we had lots of vegetarian options.

Cons:

It would have been good to have a pool for relaxing in such kind of property during summer. Since the rates are considerable, would have expected toiletries to be available without requesting the staff. The manager was not available the whole day without informing. Would have liked him to be available while we were around.

Pros:

The environment was calm, serene,clean and quiet in middle of a 150 acre coffee plantation
Staff were incredible..courteous and helpful especially manager Prashanth
Food was very tasty
Very good value for money
All exceeded our expectation

Cons:

No on site spa facilities
