Не первый раз в Baku , но это мой лучший пока отель в соотношении цены и качества сервиса: прекрасное местоположение , восхитительный вид на город с террасы (ничего пока не построили перед ним), номер чистый (убирали каждый день), удобная кровать, бесплатная вода в номере. Особо хочется отметить завтраки разнообразно, вкусно, есть блюда национальной и европейской кухни. Настоятельно рекомендую!
Добавьте в номер наконец ложку для обуви!)
Это дыра. Никакой это не отель, а просто дешевые потрепанные номера....

The only thing we feel satisfied with the hotel is its location, which provides easy access and transportation to all the major points of interests of Baku, especially for city-walkers. Of course, the reception is generally friendly but it is very difficult to communicate with them in English.
The breakfast time is unexpectedly too late (9 am), which made us miss 3 of the 5 breakfasts (as if it was so set on purpose as most of the day-tours start at around 8:30 or 9). And the food is below expectation, with no coffee and limited quantity. There has never been room service for the 5 days of our stay there. And: the facilities of the room are also a bit below standard, with shaky water basins and air-conditioner stopping every hour or so.
Proximity to the city.
Breakfast is only served at 9. Most of the days we needed it early to join the tours.
Already my second stay with my family. One of the best places to stay in baku city center. Definitely we will come again. Internet is good, breakfast is sufficient, AC works. Quiet and safe

Good price and the hotel is ok but the communication with the staff was bad. The cleaner was extremely rude and insulted us. The owner is ok but really we are dissaponted after this behaviour. He was actually honest and tried to help but we are still upset.
Great match of price quality. Located in central area close to all attractions but quiet neighborhood. Hotel service was good enough, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was normal

Room not clean, I needed to ask to clean the room light from sun in the morining without a way to shadow it
The room in total was very disapointed and was not aligned with the recomendations in booking
- A great location in 5-7 minutes walk to the Sahil metro station and 10 minutes walk to Central Railroad Station.
- A comfortable shower cabin without water leaks.
- A basic breakfast option is included.
- A little lattice covering the shower cabin's sewer drain was sharp. It would be great to replace it.
- There were 2 big windows in my room, and only one blackout curtain covered only one window. In that regard, I woke up at 5 am each day. Just wondering if guys will add one more curtain.
