The staff were amazing. The general manager Lily went beyond to make sure we were comfortable . She also speaks English very well vs the other staff. She was amazing. Offered her personal WeChat incase of emergencies since language was an issue. Kitchen staff were great. Pleasant stay. We were for 3 weeks attending Canton Fair.

Closed to the mall and convenience store near by.

Friendly staff and large spacious room. Small convenience shop right next door so as a single business traveler picked up a couple of drinks and snacks to have in the room. Breakfast was fine with the usual mix found in Chinese hotels. Room rate was excellent given the size of room. Would book again as wanted somewhere off the airport site but not a long taxi ride after a flight down from Shanghai.

I'm writing to complain about the absolutely, ridiculously, and downright addictively good service I received at Paco Hotel! It's borderline unfair how good you guys are - I'm now afraid to leave the bubble you've created for me and go back to the real world without your team negotiating taxi deals and calling Didi for me whenever I need it.

But in all seriousness, given the chance to visit China again, I'd come back to Paco Hotel in a heartbeat. Not just because of the great ambiance (although it's fantastic), but because of the people. You made me feel like I was home. Perfect service, genuine care, and attention to detail - you've set the bar high!

To the team, thank you for an unforgettable stay. I'll miss you guys! Bye for now.

We liked everything. It's a great hotel, helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and location. You cant beat the price. It looks and feels more like a luxury hotel than the actual luxury hotel we stayed in, in HK.
