Pros:

Tolle Lage, alles im Apartment vorhanden. Küche gut ausgestattet. Zum Personal können wir nix sagen, haben keins gesehen.

Cons:

Das 2. Schlafzimmer war mit Blick zum Gang des äußeren Treppenhaus, also musste der Vorhang immer geschlossen bleiben. Die Schränke im Flur und 2. Schlafzimmer waren nicht angeschraubt und drohten beim Öffnen permanent zu kippen.

Fantastic, really glad I stayed at Vervet, only wish I had been able to stay longer!
Pros:

This was a great apartment to stay in at the end of 3 weeks of travelling around Nordic countries. It was very comfortable and as described. It's in a fantastic location, and was a very well equipped apartment. I appreciated the easiness of the check in process and the early luggage storage option. All communication was quick, and the wifi was the fastest I had used in a long time.

Cons:

Not a problem, just a suggestion - there was a fantastic entry mud-room, complete with heated floor, but no hooks to be able to hang your soggy jacket. Even in the closet in the entry way there was no closet rod to be able to hang hangers from. Similarly a small shelf in the shower might be a good addition. Neither of these things negatively contributed to the stay in any way, but they might add to it.

You are on your own whether it works
Cons:

The hob is cranky. It took a while to get it running. The TV connection to wireless router disconnected by itself. It took us several attempts overnight to get it connected.

Sent messages via booking.com but no response.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect - big and comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view, close to the center and smartly located above an amazing bakery.
We also had a problem with the oven and the staff came immediately to fix it.
Highly recommended!

Perfect location, beautiful view, clean, modern, warm and homely

Perfect place all round.. just remember if it's windy don't have the window up, it blew the front door open absolutely scared the life out of me, good for heart

Pros:

The apartment is located in a very good location. The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. The apartment is very large, very clean, and beautiful. It has everything you need. We are very satisfied. The kitchen is beautiful, and the bathroom is clean and spacious, with underfloor heating, which is perfect. All important locations are nearby. We highly recommend it.

Great apartment and great location!
Pros:

Good location. Big apartment. Clean. Amazing bakery. Good for baggage storage.

Cons:

Some feedback: the spare blanket and pillows were “shoved” in the cupboard - making it look like they had been used. We weren’t sure if they were clean and could be used - no cover on the duvet either. No shower gel provided even though there was a rack installed in the shower. Didn’t see any staff at all- set up for self use.
