Excelente el personal del hotel desde la llegada hasta la salida. El horario de la tarde noche excelente el personal de atención muy humanos.
La ubicación. . el personal fue muy atento.
El acceso al estacionamiento. Está cerca,pero por un problema de manos en las calles , de acceso complicado con el auto.

O café da manhã é muito aquém de hotel 4 estrelas. Nos últimos dois dias preferir tomar em outro lugar.

Muy bien aprovechado los espacios. El gym muy lindo para ser de hotel y el sauna también. El personal muy predispuesto.
Que no tenga piscina. Pero no es algo que reste mucho

La calefacción central mucho tiempo apagada-la calefaccion por aire se apaga al sacar la tarjeta y al volver la habitación esta muy fria-la ducha moja todo el baño-el desayuno complicado con reposiciones muy lentas-al ser 4 etrellas hay otras opciones en precios similares mas modernas, con mejores vistas inclusive.
