Cons:

Las instalaciones antiguas y en mal estado. Aires acondicionados viejos y mal funcionamiento. Tufo en los pasillos y mal estado de las alfombras. Ducha antigua y con sarro. Habitaciones poco mantenidas. Ruido en las habitaciones ( no se puede descansar , se escucha todo el tráfico de la avenida) estábamos en el piso 10 !!! Dejó de ser 4 estrellas a mi entender.

Lindo hotel, pésima experiencia con un personal de recepción.

El día que llegue hacer el check in tuve una de las peores experiencias con el personal de recepción.
Totalmente desagradable, fuera de lugar en comentarios, muy mala predisposición.
Nunca me había tocado una experiencia similar.
Me llama mucho la atención que no capaciten al personal, para atención al público.

On voulait voir Buenos Aires et on l'a vu mais l hôtel était décevant

Le bar n'est pas un bar...les photos sont trompeuses...rien sur le toit...
Air conditionné très ancien et bruyant...quasi sans effet...on a préféré dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte...fitness très limite et il faut demander que le personnel branche l air contionne avant...mais il fait trop chaud...

Bueno, no quería comentar pero me salen mensajes todo el tiempo. Desde el segundo día desapareció una toalla, y hasta mi salida la estuve reclamando, mas que nada para cuando me fuera no me la cobren, nadie controló. Lo reservé al doble que otros por la terraza, que decía abierta las 24 horas, a las 20 te cerraban todo. No solo eso, hay como una ante terraza, con mesita que sale en las fotos, ahí también te apagan las luces y te invitan a irte. Así que en mi caso que me llevé para trabajar y el cuarto estaba insoportable por el calor, me echaban a las 20. Las sábanas y las toallas no se cambian todos los días, con una excusa ambiental. Supuestamente las toallas para la terraza había que pedirlas, mentira nadie te las da, uno tiene que autoservirse. Todo esto está como norma en papeles que te dejan en el hotel. El día que llegué, hice el check in a las 14, estaba sedienta (40 grados hacían) llamo a cafetería para pedir una gaseosa y no tenían nada. El desayuno, hubo días que no funcionaban las máquinas y tomé café frío.

Estadia de 6 dias em Buenos Aires...Turistando pela segunda vez na Recoleta.
Pros:

Excelente hotel, ótima localização, funcionários respeitosos e gentis nos fazendo sentir confortáveis a todo momento, principalmente o Sr José, de uma simpatia ímpar! Café da manhã muito bom. Enfim, super recomendo!
