The amazing flexibilty on my dates. I am here on an emergency and needed to extend on one or two days at a time which i never seen before

Cons:

Ok maybe because i was on short term extensions to my room booking i needed to ask for extra toilet paper and towels.

La atención para hacer el check in cuando llegamos de noche, no nos brindaron nada de información, ni siquiera el wifi.
El colchón era incómodo.

He visitado ya 3 veces el hotel, excelente ubicacion, el personal siempre ayudando con cualquier necesidad, particularmente mi camioneta es de tamaño grande y en su estacionamiento me buscaron una ubicacion para mi comodidad, cosas que se valoran siempre. adicionalmente el desayuno es completo y excelente.

Cons:

No tengo puntos en contra con el hotel, siempre es 10 de 10

La differenza la fanno le persone
Pros:

Posizione sicuramente ottima

Cons:

L'addetto alla reception Mattias si é rifiutato di farmi la gentilezza di stamparmi un documento per me importante, adducendo che fossero troppe pagine (18).
La cortesia e la qualità si vedono anche dalle piccole cose, e la differenza la fanno sempre le persone.

Odore nauseante di Pvc/materiale plastico in tutto l'hotel probabilmente dovuto a pavimenti o rivestimenti di qualità discutibile.

Colazione niente di eccezionale.

La ubicación es ideal: está cerca de todo. El hotel es moderno y todo funciona bien, aunque con detalles.

Cons:

La habitación es correcta, pero algo pequeña. El baño estaba algo viejo y, a veces, se olían las alcantarillas. El desayuno es bueno, pero a ratos (en los momentos peak) faltaban alimentos y esperar era algo tedioso. El espacio de desayuno se llenaba fácilmente y no habían lugares para comer.

Nice location, but loud hallways
Pros:

The hotel is close to everything, the rooms are nice and the breakfast is okay. It has nice pool as well.

Cons:

The window in our room (322) would not close properly and it appeared to be an issue for some time. As a result the noise from people and traffic was loud as the soundproof window was comprised. Also, we stayed 2 nights because of flight interruptions and requested a later check out. The wanted $40 for 2 hours, which is shortsighted.
