Please note that there are a limited number of sailings on a Sunday. Please check the CalMac timetable for more information on Sunday sailings.

The 21:00 ferry sailing from Sconser only sails on a Saturday. It does not sail any other day of the week and during winter this must be pre-booked.

If you miss the ferry your booking will be subject to the cancelation and no-show polices on your booked rate.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son hermosas, el lugar, la cabaña, el hotel en general. Esta muy bien decorado y las vistas son increíbles.

El personal es agradable pero les hace falta ser capacitado para trabajar en hotelería 4 estrellas.
Nuestra experiencia para hacer el check in fue horrible. Cuando llegamos no había nadie en la recepción, después de esperar un rato fuimos a la zona del bar a preguntarle a la camarera de ahi si podiamos tomar o comer algo. No recibimos respuesta positiva, solo podíamos tomar un trago y no había nada para comer hasta la 1 del mediodía. En un momento vimos una chica, Rachel, que estaba en la recepción asique fuimos a presentarnos y a pedir el check in. Nos dijo que hasta despues del mediodia era imposible, nos hizo llenar unos papeles, y listo. Después de estar en el bar por una hora y media descubrimos que había un living en el cual podíamos esperar donde había café e infusiones para que podamos tomar, el cual jamas nos habían comentado de su existencia. Cuando almorzamos a la 1, una vez que abrió el restaurant y que seguíamos sin poder entrar a nuestra habitación, no nos vinieron a atender a la mesa y nos tuvimos que levantar a hacer el pedido cuando ya sabían que estamos muertos de hambre esperando la apertura del mismo.
El hotel es hermoso y las chicas que trabajan tienen buena predisposición, el hotel tiene un potencial enorme pero hace falta capacitar al personal en atención al público, en servicio y en los modales que hay que tener al momento de hacer de camarero. Sobre todo porque se nota que la inversión en infraestructura es enorme y quieren posicionarse como un alojamiento de lujo / boutique y tienen todo para hacerlo, solo les falta capacitar al personal.

Amazing experience
Pros:

We loved the complimentary drinks and the free distillery tour and tasting as a part of our stay! The staff are incredible, and we didn’t get to eat at the restaurant due to it being closed on Wednesdays- they did send us Nextdoor to Raasay House and we had a wonderful dinner! Would DEFINITELY come back and if you’re wondering whether or not to book here- just do it! You won’t regret it! Ellen was an absolute gem :)

An idyllic stay on the Isle of Raasay
Pros:

This was one of the most incredible places I've ever visited. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the accomodation and the food to the friendly and professional staff.
The island itself was unique and very beautiful with amazing hikes.
We also enjoyed visiting the distillery and doing a whisky tasting.

Pros:

Amazing from the moment we arrived. Our bothy was stunning, and perfect for travelling with three people. The extra touches like whisky in the room, snacks, dressing gowns and toiletries made it feel very special. We enjoyed the distillery tour in the evening, and dinner was fantastic. In the morning we loved the bothy breakfast hamper! A treat from start to finish with super friendly staff who made us feel very welcome.

Breath taking place !
Pros:

A beautiful place to stay and relax and take the breath taking views in. The rooms are comfortable and the distillery is great. The whiskey tasting was excellent. The food was excellent and the staff were amazing.

Cons:

No negativity from our stay at all.

Fantastiskt ställe, lyxigt och mysigt på en och samma gång. God mat och underbart läge!

Cons:

Vi var fyra stycken vuxna personer som delade på en av stugorna. Bäddsoffan hade nog fungerat om det varit barn men nu fick en av oss sova på golvet, det kanske man inte räknat med på ett sådant ställe. Alternativet hade kanske varit två enkelsängar istället men svårt att få till det såklart.
