Fabulous position overlooking the cliff with fantastic views over the sea to the Isle of Wight to the east and glorious sands of Bournemouth westwards over to Sandbanks, Old Harry Rocks and further down the Dorset coast.
Furnishings a little tired.
Clean and comfortable hotel with plenty of seating areas to relax in whilst enjoying a meal and a drink.light and bright surroundings made for an enjoyable stay.

We liked the upgrade they made for us to a sea view without extra payment. Beautiful view. Would like to say how lovely the young man was at Breakfast, he seemed to be working on his own but couldn't be more helpful if he tried.
PARKING COSTS! To park our car in attached car park at back of the hotel cost £35 for two nights. Needs to be free if your staying in a room at hotel. An unexpected cost as it was not made clear when booking a room.

unfortunately the hotel is looking quite tired, lots of work needs to be done. The location is great, room size great but tired. bathroom needs updating, bath tap literally fell off in my hand and all around the shower/bath needed attention. bland rooms, no extra touches. Pool area looks tired

The receptionist when we arrived at 1pm not at all welcoming or helpful and the room was cold - none of the radiators worked and we had a baby and toddler with us
Was so delighted with my solo last minute Christmas booking - large sunny double sea view room, beautiful Xmas decorations, comfortable community areas, amazing choice of excellent food, smiling, attentive and efficient staff.
