Dont Do It
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The Black Mold in our room and shower. Pigeon poop everywhere outside. The elevator needs to be serviced. Ice machine is connected to restroom. Still sick from the smell in my room from ac vent triggered my asthma. Ice bucket had black mold and the picture frames where old. To make it worst they had a 32 inch tv on the wall.excuse me on the table im still recovering.

Gross and overpriced

Not a thing

Cons:

Carpet was disgusting. Had to lay towels down just to walk on it and they were BLACK after just a few minutes. Unfortunately it was the cheapest but way overpriced still. I’ve stayed in $50 hotels that were way better than this. Will not book here again

Not worth it
Pros:

Allowed one hour early check in with prior approval. Price was affordable.

Cons:

DIRTY. Floors were stained and gross. Nothing has been updated in decades. Elevator made loud noises like it was going to breakdown at any second. When someone showers, the water hitting the tub and shower wall makes loud noises hear through out the room. Paint on curtains and shower curtain. Dresser drawers wouldn’t stay shut and were a hazard for getting up during the night. Fitness center unusable. Pool closed. If the reservation had not been non- refundable, I would have left.

We like this location because it’s very central to our needs, we have not had any bad experiences to date.
Pros:

The location was very clean, breakfast was fresh, and the gentleman at the front desk (Hudson) is very friendly and helpful.

We were at the hotel for a birthday party. the location was excellent for what we needed.
