Cons:

I didn’t have any major complaints during my stay, as everything was generally well handled. That said, there were a few instances where service could have been more prompt, particularly at peak times. While it didn’t take away from the overall experience, a bit more consistency in response time would have elevated the stay further

Absolutely enjoyed everything about my stay!!

The breakfast was lovely especially the pineapple juice
Deffo give it a try!

The WiFi could be better. It disconnects each time the power supply is down and power supply could be improved

Stress free and enjoyable
Pros:

Friendly and proactive staff who understand your requirements and do what’s required on time. They even remind you to order breakfast and breakfast is free. They are not just about the money but about making sure you get value.

The room was very clean and modern. The sit out area is very cozy. The restaurant on first floor was not up to standard. The wait was long and the food was ok.

Nice breakfast. Very clean rooms.

Cons:

Food is a bit overpriced. More expensive than similar places in Abuja. Otherwise, this would be a nice location to go for Sunday brunch/lunch with the family. Also, I ordered the Mandarin rice. It was not as nice as my last experience. Had way too many veggies (and I normally like veggies!) It seemed as if they used the chef used chunky carrots to fill up the sauce to reduce the other necessary ingredients.

Fantastisk
Pros:

Personalen är fantastisk och hela hotellet genomsyras av service och fokus på vår bekvämlighet. Outstanding. Finns inget negativt att säga om hotellet.

Cons:

Att den närliggande restaurangen är lite väl dyr med tanke på prisbilden i Nigeria och kanske inte riktigt håller samma klass som hotellet.
