Pros:

The person at check in was very nice & polite.

Cons:

My room reeked of cigarette odor. The bed was hard as a rock. I did not stay there & asked for a refund.
Communication from the property was either null or very confusing. I guess it was due to language barrier. I don't recommend this property.

Low price, but at what cost?
Pros:

Lovely staff and good location.

Cons:

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, might as well have slept on the floor.
Room and bathroom smelt bad.
Air con was very loud and didn’t work well.
No window to ventilate the smell.

Good location at affordable cost.
Pros:

Helpful, gentle and kind lady receptionist. My first room was close to traffic and subject to noise at night. My request for a room change was quickly satisfied. She offered me an upgrade free of charge: a spacious room with a plenty of sunshine. Hotel location is opposite Da Dang Museum and a few steps from administrative center.

Cons:

Some towels not properly washed and worn-outs with marks not replaced. Bins and floors not cleared and cleaned daily.
