Low price, but at what cost?

Lovely staff and good location.

Cons:

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, might as well have slept on the floor.
Room and bathroom smelt bad.
Air con was very loud and didn’t work well.
No window to ventilate the smell.

Good location at affordable cost.
Pros:

Helpful, gentle and kind lady receptionist. My first room was close to traffic and subject to noise at night. My request for a room change was quickly satisfied. She offered me an upgrade free of charge: a spacious room with a plenty of sunshine. Hotel location is opposite Da Dang Museum and a few steps from administrative center.

Cons:

Some towels not properly washed and worn-outs with marks not replaced. Bins and floors not cleared and cleaned daily.

Từ vị trí, giá cả, chất lượng phòng, tiện nghi mọi thứ đều ổn. Cũng không phải lần đầu trải nghiệm, đã từng đánh giá tốt cho khách sạn và cũng từng để gia đình nghỉ ngơi tại đây. Sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, tầm nhìn xanh thư giãn.

Cons:

Mình check in so với giờ khá sớm, khi cất đồ rồi đi ra mình có để ý phòng bên cạnh mở hé cửa tắt điện. Tâm lý phòng người khác nên mình đi qua nhanh thui, cho đến tối mình về lại mình vẫn thấy như vậy nên có nhìn kĩ bên trong phòng khá lộn xộn giống có người từng ở hoặc đang ở, lúc sau ra ngoài thì mình vẫn thấy nó mở mặc dù gần 12h đêm. Mình ra ngoài mua đồ và có nhờ bạn nhân viên ở quầy rằng nếu không có khách có thể đóng cái cửa lại giúp mình được không vì mình đi qua hơi sợ mà cũng không dám đóng cửa. Và nhận được lại thông tin là khách đã check out rồi, nên mình có nhờ đóng cửa giúp mình rồi ra ngoài. Khoảng cỡ 15p sau quay lại thì cửa phòng vẫn mở như vậy :/ là thực sự các bạn có thể giúp mình không, hiểu là giờ đó trễ nhưng lễ tân còn hẳn hai bạn nói chuyện siêu rôm rả.
