Very nice hotel.
Pros:

We stayed here in winter.
The heater under the clothes hanger is a brilliant idea — after a few hours all your wet ski gear is completely dry.
Excellent breakfast.
Comfortable beds and mattresses.

Cons:

Only two minor issues: the room temperature was around 20 °C — a few degrees warmer would have been perfect.
Also, because of the heavy snow, we had to carry our bags a bit farther than usual since the car had to stay outside the yard.

A cozy comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is good, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall the room was cozy, we had the one with fireplace, the host kindly made fire for us. A breakfast was included — eggs, vegetables, sandwiches, coffee — a good portion. Overall the hosting family is very nice. Would stay there again.

Очень доброжелатель персонал, приятные и милые люди. В номере очень чисто, есть все что нужно. Постельное белье и полотенца очень приятно пахли. В номере так же был тропический душ, это приятно удивило. Проживание было максимально комфортным, теперь всегда когда буду в бакуриани, буду проживать в этом отеле

Wonderful owners and great stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, with a beautiful wooden design that felt warm, cozy, and romantic. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — overlooking the mountains. During our winter stay, the snowy scenery was magical, and I can only imagine how beautiful it must be in the summer when everything is green.
What truly made our experience exceptional were the owners. They are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming — they genuinely make you feel like family. They kindly helped us heat our food, offered us hot chocolate in their own mugs, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality is unforgettable.
We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bakuriani

المنطقه والفندق والاطلاله غايه في الجمال واجمل من ذلك كله صاحب الفندق شخص راقي جدا وصادق ومتسامح و الان تربطني به صداقه عميقه جدا قضيت في الفندق 5 ايام و سافرت وعدت اليه بعد اسبوع وقضيت معه 6 ايام اخرى شكرا جزيلا سيد ترنيكو قررت ان يكون هذا مكاني المفضل في باكورياني بسبب صاحب الفندق

أولاً هو ليس فندق، وإنما نزل أو مهجع،
غرف نظيفة، بس صغيرة 17 متر مربع،
العاملين فيه هم اصحاب المكان ودودون جداً ولطاف، ومهتمين يوفرون كل ما تحتاجه،
الغرف مشتركة في البلكونة، الجلسة جميلة ورايقة بس مافي خصوصية،
مافي تكييف (الحو بارد ومطر)
النقطتين الاخيرة تشترك فيها كل الاماكن في باكورياني
السعر مماثل لاسعار البلد،
الحقيقة كان مكان ممتع وجيد
لا يوجد مصعد. درج دائري في الاتجاهين وصغير ليس كبير
كنت حاب اكمل عندهم يومين او ثلاثة بس ماقدرت

Beautiful room with a fireplace
Pros:

We had an amazing time! Very friendly host, super helpful. We enjoyed the fireplace in our room. (Once you book, you would have to let the host know ahead of time that you would like to have the room with a fireplace, only 2 rooms have it). The view from the room was very nice, having a terrace was great too. Overall, it was very comfortable.

Cons:

We wish there was breakfast, but the staff mentioned that it will be added soon.

The view from the hotel was lovely.

Cons:

The view from the hotel was lovely, but unfortunately, the location is far from tourist attractions. Our booking included breakfast, and as tourists who wake up early, we were surprised to find out that breakfast is only served at 11 AM. In fact, there was no service available before that time. At night, it was hard to sleep due to the loud noise of the TV and the owner and their family, with no soundproofing in the house. I had assumed I booked a 4-star accommodation, but sadly, my experience was disappointing.
