Nada

Cons:

Cancelou a minha reserva no dia, e isso foi à tarde, eu já estava na cidade, disse que tava com problemas e não ia conseguir resolver, e para mim cancelar a reserva. Totalmente sem noção, se agendei a reserva é porque tenho um compromisso. Com isso tive que conseguir um quarto às pressas no dia, pagando caro.
Não recomendo, confiabilidade zero, nunca mais faço reserva nesse lugar.

Estadia perfeita, superou minhas expectativas e com certeza voltarei.
Pros:

Gostei de absolutamente tudo. A acomodação é muito bem organizada, limpa e confortável. O quarto é excelente, cama confortável, ambiente tranquilo e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A localização também é ótima, de fácil acesso a locais indispensáveis como padaria, posto de combustível e locais para refeição. O local é seguro, bem cuidado e atendeu 100% às minhas expectativas. Por isso dei nota máxima em todos os quesitos. Anfitrião nota 10.

Cons:

Não tenho nada a reclamar. Minha experiência foi totalmente positiva.

O espaço é simples, porém é confortável e extremamente limpo. As camas são boas e, para uma estadia de passagem, atende perfeitamente, com excelente custo-benefício. O anfitrião é atencioso, sempre disponível para esclarecer dúvidas e oferecer ótimas dicas. E para quem fica mais tempo, tem lavanderia.

Good stay in a good area
Pros:

The owner was extremely helpful and gave really good recommendations. The apartment was clean, nice and in a good and safe location.

Cons:

Not a bad thing but the kitchen could be a bit more equipped. More than one plate, bowls, frying pan etc.

excelente custo-benefício e muito confortável
Pros:

A localização é excelente, as camas são ótimas e o quarto é espaçoso, com um frigobar muito bom e um banheiro organizado. A limpeza é impecável. A única ressalva é em relação ao chuveiro; os demais aspectos foram maravilhosos.

Cons:

Só não gostei do chuveiro achei fraco e também faltou algo para poder encher garrafinhas com agua.

Pros:

Localização ótima!
O dono do espaço que nos atendeu e foi super simpático. Na hora de ir embora, estava tendo dificuldade para conseguir Uber e falei com ele que prontamente, me ajudou.
Retornarei com certeza.
