Location and facilities were all good. Clean and tidy and nicely decorated.
The sofa was very small and uncomfortable.

No ha funcionat el wifi en tota l’estada. Vacant Nests va dir que estaven a sobre però no hem tingut senyal en 5 dies.
Hi ha pocs estris de cuina i el sofà i sillo són molt poc còmodes.
The location is great and the bed was so comfortable
There was food wrappers in the bedroom lamp shade the stairs were never hoovered there was coffee stains on the wall with the window all walls need touching up bath needs new grouting post all over the floor when you first go in it all looks tired I see it's up for sale for the price of the apartment it wasn't worth it very disappointed ☹️
Good Location. Clean, warm property. Free on site parking. Good response from host when we had an issue with the shower. Property is very good value for money.
The property was very reasonably priced. We didn’t spend too long in the apartment but we were happy that it was warm and clean with a decent bathroom. Maybe some table lamps in the lounge would be appreciated as the lighting is a little harsh.
Location is good as close to the sea front and shops.
It has a spacious bedroom and nice living room, but too many things let it down apart from this.
We felt the apartment was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There was a used loose nappy in the bin which made the bin stink. The pillows in the bedroom smelled really bad and there were no spare ones for us to use. One of the bath towels had a brown stain with a hair on one of the corners. I don't understand how the cleaners missed these things specially when you have to pay for this service.
One window in the bedroom did not close properly which let in a cold draft. I reported it and this was never resolved in the 3 days we stayed.
All the blinds in the living room have broken cords so it was difficult to pull them up.
The fire extinguisher pipe was dripping in the bedroom

Per ser més confortable caldria un millor sofà, que la finestra de l’habitació es pogués tancar i les persianes no tinguessin els tiradors trencats. Caldria una prestatgeria al lavabo per deixar estris i una llum indirecta al menjador.
Location, decor, pretty much everything
The sofa seems to be more uncomfortable than when we stayed in the summer.
Location was perfect
Entrances covered in rubbish. Bins overflowing. Awful smell when leaving and entering the property. Spoilt the whole experience.

Breakfast was not included, as this is not a hotel. However, the fully fitted kitchen, with oven, stove and microwave, fully made up for that.
There was nothing I didn't like.
No problems getting into the property, we were sent the code for the lockbox in advance.
Parking was convenient.
Beds were comfy and general state of cleanliness was OK
Location, close to the beach was lovely
The place had a musty/damp sm,ell which remained during the whole stay
The back yard where the bins are located has lots of rubbish around, which could attract vermin, and a very bad smell
Cooking utensils were very limited - there wer only 2 pans and no spoons/fish slice etc to use when cooking
The oven was filthy and had the whole apartment stinking when used, we avoided using it as didn;t have time to give it a clean.
Kitchen and washer/dryer
Rubbish in bags in passage way and scattered around the front door. Ensuite had urine odour.
No fan in second toilet. Only one roll of toilet paper in each toilet.

The information we got prior to the stay was excellent and Ryan was extremely helpful. It was very easy to get into the property via the coded lockbox. The place was spotlessly clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (aside from one very lumpy pillow that we put to one side!). The flat is situated in a great location. So easy for the beach and the local amenities. It was very quiet. There is good on drive parking and we were told that if the parking spaces were full then we could park on the road and Vacant Nests would pay for this. I thought this was a great touch.
I would just say that we booked for three people and it was perfect for us. Had we been a party of four (to go in the 2 double beds) it wouldn't have been ideal. For example there were only 3 stools at the breakfast bar and the very comfy sofa only fits 3 people. This isn't a criticism as it was exactly what we were looking for but if someone wants to book something for 4 people then it makes sense to know these things. Ryan, if you see this then I'd say there's plenty of space for an extra stool and a seat to go with the sofa.
Thanks Ryan and co for a really lovely stay. It was a great base from which to go and see our relatives and tour around Northumberland.
The only negative for us was that there was no non-slip surface on the bath or a non-slip mat for it It therefore wasn't safe for my 80 year old mum and 89 year old dad to attempt to use the bath/shower. If this would also be an issue for you then I suggest checking with Vacant Nests before booking to see if they get one off the back of this review or taking one with you.
This was literally the only negative. Everything else was excellent.
