Mi è piaciuto moltissimo questo modo innovativo di effettuare check-in e check-out in completa autonomia. Il vero punto di forza, però, è senza dubbio l’altissimo livello di professionalità e di servizio: personale sempre presente e impeccabile, con assistenza via WhatsApp rapidissima, puntuale e costantemente disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza o problema.
Le camere sono curate nei minimi dettagli, estremamente pulite, con letti comodissimi e ambienti sempre profumati. Un’attenzione al cliente rara da trovare, che fa davvero la differenza.

Modern and clean room
Pros:

Very nice, modern and clean room. The location is great, walkable to the centre but with the taxi it only takes about 7 to 10 minutes. The room was cleaned everyday, the towels were changed everyday and there were many amenities like shower gel and shampoo dispenser in the shower, even toothbrushes! Also bathrobes, service shoes, two small bottles of water, coffee machine and kettle. I would really recommend, and I would definitely come back.

Cons:

If I really have to find a down side, the bathroom is literally a glass box inside the room so from the bed you can see if the other is in the shower or sitting on the wc

Great long weekend in Bucharest
Pros:

Good location near Universitate and access to the hotel was secure. Room was ready early and I was able to access it sooner than expected. Even without an in person contact, responsiveness via whatsapp was great and didn't feel stuck or missing out. Room was spacious, modern and clean.

Cons:

Neighborhood is run down so can feel apprehensive but didn't have issues and was ok walking back on my own at night.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto,se dovessi ritornare a Bucarest senza pensarci due volte ritornerei qua.
Sia per la simpatia,disponibilità,pulizia,posizione.....vi dico tutto quanto.

Non posso aggiungere niente di negativo.

Se mangiavamo in camera e si riempiva il cestino,ogni mattina veniva svuotato e venivano sostituiti gli asciugamani anche.

Le capsule per il caffè ☕️ non mancavano mai.
È stato un ottimo soggiorno.
