Muy limpio, bien ubicado, en general excelente, sin duda volveré.

Cons:

No son muy claras las instrucciones del check out, especialmente si deseas dejar tu equipaje guardado. Al final llamé al teléfono y me indicaron, pero deberían dar la información de entrada.

Great location, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to all amenities, public transport and / or city centre.
The place is quite modern and spotless.
The room that we had was spacious and comfortable. We've been provided all the necessary things to have a pleasant stay.
The room had a balcony although it had an awkward setup as I think it was a shared space with other rooms. Not entirely sure because it was snowy and not fully accessible.

Cons:

The bathroom privacy, as the door was made of glass and quite see through.
Also the soundproofing was not as expected. There were some noisy guests in one of the nights that probably had too many shots and disturbed our sleep.

Mi è piaciuto moltissimo questo modo innovativo di effettuare check-in e check-out in completa autonomia. Il vero punto di forza, però, è senza dubbio l’altissimo livello di professionalità e di servizio: personale sempre presente e impeccabile, con assistenza via WhatsApp rapidissima, puntuale e costantemente disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza o problema.
Le camere sono curate nei minimi dettagli, estremamente pulite, con letti comodissimi e ambienti sempre profumati. Un’attenzione al cliente rara da trovare, che fa davvero la differenza.
