Close to the place I wanted
I had another booking from a different platform and I had spoken to them about continuing my stay but they without permission entered my room and changed my stuff which had valuables including cash and laptop. No one had authorised them to do so and we had already spoken to them about continuing the same room over the bookings

very nice rooms, amazing staff and very good breakfast. Hotel located near dockyard road station, only few minutes from csmt terminal and fort area also uber is very convenient, so you can stay here for better value and quality away from colaba and fort area where you get worst quality for same price

The price is quite affordable. The location is good if you want to visit the city center of Mumbai. The staff is very helpful. The room offers teapot, cups, tea and coffee.
Saw a couple of cockroaches. I personally don't care about roaches, but not everyone likes them. Also one of the windows was missing the handle so it was impossible to close it. That let the dust from the street enter the room, so near that window the floor was slightly dirty.
