Top of the Hill
Pros:

It was clean and quiet - away from Main Street. Hot water was reliable. Electric Kettle available.

Cons:

The front of the room faces the sun with lots of window space. It got very warm in the evening and w/o fan or AC, I slept with the door open to get ventilation. The room had two twin beds side-by-side so it felt cramped. WiFi was ok but intermittent.

Pros:

Direkt vor dem Zimmer steht ein kleiner Glastisch mit zwei Stühlen unter einem Vordach, wo man bequem sitzen kann.

Cons:

Im super kleinen Zimmer sind die beiden Betten so hingestellt, dass die zweite Person über das erste Bett klettern muss, um sich hinzulegen. Für zwei Menschen ist das winzige Zimmer absolut ungeeignet. Da überhaupt kein Platz im Zimmer ist, gibt es weder Schrank noch Stuhl. Was man aber überhaupt nicht verstehen kann ist, dass es nicht einen einzigen Haken gibt, um eine Jacke aufzuhängen. Nicht mal im Badezimmer gibt es die Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Ein ehemaliger Handtuchhalter lag auf dem Boden, da scheinbar auf einer Seite der Kleber nicht mehr hält. Aber die Krönung ist die Dusche. Man steht direkt neben der Toilette und duscht diese mit, wenn man sich waschen will. Hinterher ist das gesamte Badezimmer geflutet und selbst wenn man den Lüfter die ganze Nacht durchlaufen lässt, ist es morgens noch überall nass. Dazu kommt noch die Lage des Hotels oben am Ortsende. Will man mal eine Kleinigkeit im Supermarkt einkaufen, dann ist man insgesamt mindestens eine dreiviertel Stunde zu Fuß unterwegs. Ich würde hier definitiv nicht nochmal übernachten, selbst dann nicht, wenn der exorbitant hohe Preis halbiert werden würde.

Pros:

Hotel is in a peaceful area and people were overall nice. The bed was okay too.

Cons:

The room and furniture smelled of moisture really bad and it could not be refreshed with opened windows or doors.
The bath was not in the room as the description said. Instead, there was a shower, which was only a few inches away from the toilet, so after every use there was water everywhere in this small room.
Under the bed and above the shower was really dirty and dusty, it probably has not been cleaned up for months. There was also a yellow liquid stain in the bathroom sink, it looked quite dirty.
The WiFi is not working in this room.
There was no change of the towels or even single checking of a cleaning lady.
The doors of the room do not lock easily.
The breakfast costs 40 GEL for each day and is not included.

Chtělo by to doladit, do koupelny dát nějaký držák nebo věšák na ručník, poličku na toaletní papír aby při sprchování nebyl zmáchaný.To samé v místnosti chyběly jakékoliv odkládací místa aspoň věšák , před dveře u koupelny by se vešel.Je smutné když na to někdo nemyslí a nemáte si kam ani pověsit nebo odložit kalhoty a bundu.Výhled na Kazbegi také nebyl protože apartmán byl umístěn pod komunikací a bylo vidět pouze na hlavní budovu.
