Nice place in good location
Pros:

First of all, the building was in a good location. It was next to a family market and a Lawson store, as well as a coffee shop. It had two bus stops in less than 2 minutes from the apartment and a train station very well connected at a 5 minute walk. There was also a very nice takoyaki place down the street that we recommend (in front of one of the subway station exits).
The apartment itself was good for the price it has. It was spacious, we had 2 big suitcases open on the floor with no problem to walk around. The bed was big too (not king size, I think, but still big). The bathroom and the kitchen facilities were a bit smaller but still the space was well optimized and it was not uncomfortable.
There was an adapter for charging and the air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

The main thing I would say is that, even though the location regarding stations and bus stops was really nice, I believe the apartment is close to a hospital because we would hear ambulances passing by a lot, even late at night.
There were two small windows on top and in front of the bed that could not be fully covered so light would come through at all times.
Also, this is not something bad specifically, but bear in mind that there is only ONE adapter in the room.

Proche de métro

Cons:

Trop bruyante, entre la sirène de la police et ambulance passent dans la journée et la nuit , on entend tout , difficile à dormir . Canapé enfant n’est pas confortable du tout

This was the cleanest accommodation we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The room was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would happily recommend it to other travellers.

Cons:

The main downside was the sofa bed. Unfortunately, it was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. The section where your head rests was rock solid, to the point where sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. When converted into a bed, the cushions also separated easily, creating gaps. Even our toddler ended up slipping between the cushions and waking up on the floor.

I took a photo of the sofa bed without the covers, as well as how I had to position two small cushions over the seams and hard sections to make it more comfortable and to stop my toddler from moving onto the hard area while sleeping. In the end, we all ended up sleeping together instead.

The main bed was also much softer than we prefer. You really sink into the mattress, which some guests may enjoy, but it won’t suit everyone’s preferences.
