It was in very good location close to the train station and multiple restaurants to choose from.
The description on booking.com does not match reality. We booked for two adults and a 9 year old child and we were given one bed for the three of us when we had booked a double room plus a single bed. Even though the manager managed to resolve the issue by giving us another room, the room was still not big enough for three people and our daughter ended up sleeping on a tiny little sofa that was so uncomfortable for her.
Very well located near Kameido train station and easy walking access to many local shops and restaurants
Det best Crew you can emagine. They will go over and beyond for you.
The location was good, close to Kameido Station. The room was nice, spacious and clean.
The hotel doesn't offer basic amenities such as tea or coffee, there is no phone to call reception in the room (only on every floor in front of the elevators), they don't store baggage and charge for it using lockers (it's the first time I see this, even hostels store baggage for guests). Considering this and comparing it to other hotels and customer service in Japan, I think the price is too high for what the hotel offers.
Close to shops restaurants and train station
