The staff are always helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Irfan at the reception who is always taking his time to make the guest feel welcome (and teaching his young trainees well). Also special thanks to the chef Nibu who went out of his way and personally came to ask for how I liked my food cooked. Rayhana, Chibet, and everyone at the restaurant-bar are the top notch when it comes to serving guests
