The staff were very helpful, and even offered a free upgrade 🥰 Thank you Mr. Ali and Thank you the young lady at reception ( Srujana I think?). You made my stay 10 times better. Also, thank you Mr Nishanka who made sure the room was spottless with extra towels and amenities
Excellent location
The rooms are in good conditions and the bed is comfortable
The Ac was noisy. The room was very humid, the floor and the walls were wet
Not much
Stars cable tv but only 4 channels worked, fridges in room do not work. Decor dated. Asked about the tv channels and was supposed to be 25 channels. Receptionist guy told me hopeful my it would be back for my next stage.

The courtesy and welcoming staff
The Parking space was too less, The security guy however helped to find one along road side space while I returned to hotel in the night
All overall conditions are good, and it is a comfortable place with convenient access to nearby pubs and restaurants.
