The service provided by the staff was exceptional. Housekeeping Manager Nishankah took great care to ensure that our stay was truly memorable by maintaining all facilities to a high standard. The housekeeping attendant, Asanka, kept our rooms spotless and immaculate. At the reception, Karam gave us a warm welcome that set the tone for our visit. Additionally, there was an impressive Indian gentleman who served our breakfast; although I don't recall his name, his peperformanceas outstanding. He remembered our orders perfectly and made sure everything was prepared promptly and to our exact liking.

أزمة المواقف: وصلنا مساءً ولم نجد موقفًا للسيارة رغم إعلان الفندق بتوفير موقف لكل غرفة، واضطررت لترك المفتاح للأمن.
​الغرف والإطلالة: الإطلالة سيئة للغاية، والعزل ضعيف حيث كان إزعاج أعمال صيانة المبنى المجاور مسموعاً بوضوح.
​أثاث قديم: الحمامات والأثاث قديم ويحتاجان إلى تجديد، كما أن الإضاءة كانت سيئة وبحاجة لتغيير.المكيف مزعج و قديم
​النظافة: كانت هناك رائحة غير مستحبة في الممرات، ورغم أنه تم حل المشكلة لاحقاً
