Pool and location good - units are bare-bones
Pros:

The pool and common areas were good and staff were great. The units were not well equipped and the appliances were old. Beds were also not comfortable. Overall just average but we enjoyed our time

Pros:

The outdoor area is beautiful. The room was clean and everything was perfect. My wife and I watched the sunset from our room.

Cons:

I wish I could’ve spent more time in my room. There’s just so much to do in Mazatlan. I enjoyed every minute I spent chilling in my room.

Beautiful Beach
Pros:

Park Royal is a very nice hotel with easy access to public transportation and short walking distance to about half a dozen unique restaurants. There is a very good restaurant in the hotel competitively priced as well. Great pool and beach and staff.

La sala de descanso frente a la alberca, muy comoda, y el personal de maravilla.

Cons:

en el desayuno, ponen un bufet muy basico, los chilaqiles por ejemplo, poner totopos y que uno les agrege la salsa es lo mas austero que podemos ver, muy mal.

El hotel se encuentra hasta el otro lado de atracciones y áreas de restaurantes y tiendas grandes por lo que tienes que invertir media hora para transportarte.
