Habitacion con vista al mar, y resulta que las ventanas están selladas, siempre empañadas que ni vista ni escuchar el mar que es a lo que iba, no hay jacuzzi en la alberca y el agua fria y con popo de aves que puede provocar infección

Me encanto la estancia, el lugar muy agradable, tranquilo, las habitaciones son muy amplias, además, siempre impecables. En cuanto a la alberca me gusto mucho por que siempre la mantuvieron limpia y climatizada, ya que me toco un poco de frio.

El internet se fue durante la madrugada.

Pros:

Great location only 7 min away from malecón, clean room, amazing pool and excellent staff.

Cons:

Opening the window from the room was not allow, the sliders were drill in so you can't open it. Another think I didn't like was in the restaurant and bar can't pay in cash, you had to pay with card.

Wonderful Stay! ♥
Pros:

Stayed here for my 41st Birthday on 2/13! It was also a surprise to learn they had Carnaval going on as well. We were lucky enough to be on the 18th floor and the view did NOT disappoint. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We had a pool attendant named Joan and he was great, he always had good recommendations and was very genuine. If we're ever back in Mazatlán, we'll definitely stay again.

Pool and location good - units are bare-bones
Pros:

The pool and common areas were good and staff were great. The units were not well equipped and the appliances were old. Beds were also not comfortable. Overall just average but we enjoyed our time
