Pros:

The location was great. I love that they have a small gym.

Cons:

No comfortable seating in the room. I'm probably going to be here for 13 weeks and im desperate to find a different place so I can have an actual chair or couch to sit on in the evenings after work. The room does have a small kitchen table inside chairs but they are so uncomfortable

Too expensive for the expectations of a smoke free room
Pros:

The room was nice big

Cons:

When I turned off the a/c the room smelt like old cigarette smoke, the TV didn't let me sign into streaming apps.

It was a descent place to stay a few nights while visiting for a wedding.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly!

Cons:

The hotel was descent, but seemed outdated even though it was recently remodeled and hallway floors not very clean, also trash was filled outside. My room was okay.

I cannot recommend this facility.
Pros:

We would have had breakfast each night.

Cons:

I was traveling with others and they were my transportation. When we arrived at the facility, we were assured that the room my colleague was staying in was handicapped accessible. It was not and they could not accommodate her as they had no other ADA compliant room. My room was not secure. The patio door lock had been broken so the door opened freely. They offered to put me in another room, but I would not have had transportation to my meeting.This is a multi-building complex. Building H had broken windows and looked like it was still being renovated. That building was also very hot. It seemed as though the air conditioning was not working.

Don't let dated outside keep you from a great hotel!
Pros:

Rooms were large and clean, pool was very nice, the atmosphere had a tropical feel to.it. the chef at breakfast was super friendly and the kids loved the choices

Cons:

Cigarette butts in parking lot, things were dated but I can appreciate that they were working on updating everything

Thankful I had a place to stay! The place needs cleaned & repainted & repaired in places.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The location was good. The room was ok.

Cons:

The hotel was dirty & smelled funny. The room was mostly OK but was dirty. It needed swept & mopped. The hallways smelled bad & were dirty. The pool area needs a complete overhaul. The hot tub was out of commission. My key card quit working the 2nd day.

Overall was a pleasant day probably wouldn’t stay again though

We loved the pool, the location of the hotel the parking price was not awful

Cons:

The phone didn’t work. The room was dirty. There was no shampoo and conditioner provided no continental breakfast.

Pros:

First night went great, I thought it was a great deal.

Cons:

I got up on Saturday morning, left to go to the raceway and everything was good. Had a bad day at the track, but got through it ok. I get back to the hotel to go into my room, and the key card would not let me in. I went to the office to complain, and the clerk calmed me down again. Then he told me about having issues earlier and hoped it was fixed, but by that time it didn't go well for me after the charges were more than I agreed upon at booking, but he explained what the extra charge was. I was frustrated pretty bad and decided I would just head back home, told him I was just going and not staying for the 2nd night. He told me he would leave a note for the manager and see what they can do. I would like at least a little money back.
